I have a 2022 F250 with the 7.3 gas and would love to see more content on the gassers. I have not had any ignition issues so far. I enjoy all your videos and appreciate your efforts!
7.3 guy here and yes the ignition needs to be addressed sooner then later.

At the shop we have had issues with Silverados and F150s that have bosch installed plugs. But these are on older engines, so hopefully they are better.
I’m over a fleet of over 300 Fords and the majority of 7.3 issues I’ve seen have been misfires at 30-40k miles usually. A lot of 10 speed slips and stutters and overheating are common too below 100k
Not gonna lie, I clicked so fast when I saw 7.3 thinking it was a Powerstroke, but I am interested in the 7.3 anyways as I am thinking about a future project for a future vehicle using the 7.3 Godzilla.

Coming up on 60k miles with the stock A wires. No issue. However, I just was reading about this issue and ordered the D wire. I read that a lot of early issues were from the wires not having good connection and burning up from the inside out.

Thanks ARod, I’ve been waiting & waiting for this vid ever since you put out the Short for it. Great info. I now have 278k on my 20’ 7.3 and she’s still running strong as an RV transporter. Pulling an average 14k 5ths & bumper pulls. However I keep at least 4 new wires and 2 spare coils because she will burn through at least one of them every 15k miles. I have a new set of “Red MSD” coils that I plan on installing this weekend and will order the Masive wires tomorrow. Thanks again…would love to check out your new shop soon! Seeeya

From oil and filter test results to Insightful recommendations of changing oil every 3K as well as sending oil off to Blackstone for analysis I believe has made a big difference. Thanks again!
Also, so glad to see your achievements in your career.. i’m sure it’s been scary at times however it appears you stepped out of your comfort zone which has moved you into “The Zone”.
Oh.. I noticed in the beginning of this video you looked up under the hood to get the year model of the truck. ??? Have you just become really good at reading hood data?? 😂😂
Banks uses those same heatshields for turbos.

Still won't tow as good as a 460, both suck gas, don't need forscan for a Holley.

Gotta 2020 7.3 Godzilla f250, what would cause a long start only when hot and it sits for 10-20 minutes. Cranks for 5-15 seconds do then starts. Starts perfect when cold
Fuel pump in the tank ALL day long....

I have a 22 f250 with the 7.3. Has anyone had an issue with the transmission slightly slipping while shifting Into 5th? It only happens when it isn't warmed up yet.
Truck only has 16,000 miles
My 21 periodically has hard upshifts and downshifts. No slippage though.
Amsoil ATF is compatible with Mercon ULV?
MSD parts are made in China and fail right after the warranty. Those coils will never last as long as Motorcraft.

Man just a bunch of haters. I’m sure I’ll get at least 3 more years and 90k on these coils just like the motorcrafts.
Pretty sad statement that a guy needs to spend a lot of cash to make an extremely expensive Ford gas or diesel truck more reliable.
I didn’t have any issues with my truck other then it is a 2022 with 88k on it that’s why I had ARod do plugs wires and coils when it was in for some maintenance.
