That welder cart is a great idea. I have a tool box full of welding stuff and spend almost as much time walking back and forth as I do working. That's brilliant
This weld table is just what I was looking to make! I watched this video twice now, the table is simple and functional / adaptable and portable what more can anyone want! LOL! Now a trip to Metal Supermarket to get my supplies! Thanks for the video
Good. I can finally hold off on a PPE lecture. Now you've done it, you expanded beyond just fishing. We know it and you can't go back. So I will ask politely for a shop tour. Then expect cool projects to continue. This has become my favorite channel. Keep up the great work.
Well even though I know helium isn't flammable its still makes me a little nervous lolol . Its just in my head . Its the tank I guess . Your Rudy water works but I knew it wasn't dangerous lol
Now I got to have one of those as well. I can see how that will work with just about everything I do in the shop. Then I can do all them other projects you have shown me and I have added to the list of priorities.
For gas bottles the best way to ensure they are empty is fill them with water and let it run over. Once it's full and running out smack it around a few times to make sure there's no air pockets.
Looks good! I found a cart that school teachers use to put their projectors on at Goodwill and use that for my welding cart. Has a shelf under the top to store stuff and a cabinet with a door on the bottom where I keep my welding helmets.
Real slick! Great set ups for both the table and cart. And yeah, that plate is super tough to cut. Thanks for the great videos you post. We really look forward to them. Have a great week.
i built a big table where i used to work along that line then added me an upgrade it got cold in that shop so i added me a metal box under the table and put a electric heater in it i would study those blue prints real close in the winter.
Very nice. Wish I could weld again. They put this defibrillator in me and said No Welding. Kinda sucks cause I always enjoyed it. Great job and great video.
Looks cool but I would suggest that you put a 25 foot cord at least 20 foot long going to a 4plex 120v box. This way you can plug in your welder, saw, and still have room for a grinder and drill. Love you video's!!!
I thought about doing that , and its a great idea . But when i built my building I put receptacles on every other poll lol ive got em every where around the shop . I normally have to use a drop cord any way because I'm moving around a lot . That's the down side of filming and working at the sametime
Mann.. wat you doing with them purple reels you painted just sitting there. U need send em to me taday! Lol i put em to good use! Lol. Nice cart and table brother
*Those came out awesome* They are way stronger then the cheap ones you can buy. (I've owned one). You did a great job and look like they'll last for a long time. Thank you for sharing this with us. *Oh what make is the metal cutting chop saw you was using* Thank you and have a great day.
Thank you sir . I really do like my table . That saw is probably my most used tool . store.evolutionpowertools.com/products/r355cps?variant=31787840897117¤cy=USD&gclid=Cj0KCQjwpNr4BRDYARIsAADIx9yvuETZqDzar3XF5alu0OXJ9PDVoI0dTYuSvA86OD0bCOvPi_qkgAcaAl20EALw_wcB
Nope ive thought about getting one , but most ppl don't have em so it won't do me any good on RUclips . I'd have to get a tank of argon too . I have a plasma cutter but I don't use it on videos either
Awesome weld cart! 👍
You even out the castor wheels on the right end, so many people het it wrong!
It was nice seeing the table. Lets face it, its the centerpiece of all the videos. Thanks for the ideas and layout
Thank you for watching brother

I'll do one if I ever get time to clean it up lol . I was actually thinking about you when I made this video
@@FishinNStuff It's not an easy job, but your safety (and all of youtube) is my priority
If cutting those bottles/tanks makes you nervous, you can fill them with water first and they will push any explosive gas out. Another cool video!

I love having a welder . I mean RUclips aside . I love being able to weld metal

Thank you brother, i wish you could too
I know you probably already thought of this but you can weld a lot of stuff with an oxy-acetylene rig. It was the original tig torch after all :)
@@TheKajunkat that's true

U should do a Jon boat to center console
-yndylan
That would be cool but I don't have an extra boat
I really like all of your diy videos. I do have a request.....Can you make some rod floats? Thanks
Thank you , do you mean so if you drop your rod in the water it don't sink
@@FishinNStuff Yes, I fish out of a kayak. So if you are not careful you can fill it over.

Thank you.
That's a nice looking saw. I'm gonna look into that some more.
Do you have a spool gun for your 211? It's nice to be able to weld aluminum
Nope ive thought about getting one , but most ppl don't have em so it won't do me any good on RUclips . I'd have to get a tank of argon too . I have a plasma cutter but I don't use it on videos either
Seems like you could have just mounted the welder above the saw and had one cart and stuck with flux core.
Helium is inert and non flamable...they use it in tig welding sometimes
I know but it still makes me nervous lol .
Completely understand haha...I'll usually send a .22 through any cylinder before I cut it open
It`s been years ago but I have done cutting like that and it is very scary
Top is likely AR plate
What do you weld aluminum with
Tig or a spool gun
What brand metal saw do you have?
Its a Evolution saw . There's 3 different saws they make some are cheaper than others
How thick an wide is your balsa wood I fish intercostal canal south Louisiana
The wood is 1" x 2" and after you put then together it ends up being 2" x 2" . You can make em bigger though
