Great job (although you skipped the master bathroom) - and you've improved a lot since then. Nice complex and reasonable price. The interior design of that unit was 'interesting'. And the noise will probably only get worse when the other construction is complete and there are more people there. How long would the drive to KLCC be in the morning and afternoon?

No lah... it's not mine. Exsim's project generally are great especially in their facilities provided. Unfortunately that will result in having higher maintenance than others.
Hey Liza, thanks for watching. Unfortunately I have only covered the area of Sunsuria City and Glomac Saujana KLIA, yet to cover Sendayan area. So far the feedback I received would be superb value for money. The price for a landed home is equivalent to a 750sf condo in the city. The potential is huge as Seremban and Nilai area is coming up as well. I would try to make a trip there before I can give provide an accurate verdict=)
