What else can you do with the leftover 'stock' if you don't have corn starch? I have some frozen shrimp and a can of Rao's Alfredo sauce I was trying to make like a low carb Spinach Alfredo with Shrimp but the raw frozen shrimp generates so much liquid when you cook it.
Thanks for this great recipe. I turned mine into Alfredo shrimp pasta but the extra tips and inspiration along the way really helped. 😊
