That's great! I love cheesecakes of any stripe, and no-bake are the type one grandmother used to make (the other grandmother was from Ireland and couldn't understand the appeal of cheese in cake, LOL). Peanut butter is always great!

I know I'm not James, but maybe cake pops... you could coat them like various planets: red for mars, white and grey for the moon, blue and green for earth, maybe use some taffy-like candy for saturn's rings? Or maybe the same idea but with cupcakes? Throw in some star-shaped rice-krispies on the side maybe?
