Oh My Goodness this looks delicious!!!! Reese cups are my weakness, if I'm going to splurge on a sweet treat I almost always pick a Reese cup. I will buying everything to make this, this weekend. I hope you like the recipe and definitely let me know what you think! I would say let the cheesecake set overnight (either before or after the ganache) to really help it set. The recipient LOVED it (as expected, you can never go wrong with Reese's!). If you have any ideas or suggestions for things I should make feel free to send them my way :)

Almost every recipe I have found uses watermelon flavored jello, and I would love to make a cake using real watermelon. I think I now have a little research to do :) I have no doubt your niece will change her mind at least five times before her birthday haha!
