I made this for my 11th anniversary and it was super yummy. I didn't add icing sugar anywhere as we are diabetic still didn't miss the sweet taste. I love all ur recipes.thank you so much for sharing. God bless

On wednesday my grandaughter will be 17 and this will be her birthday cake. I happened to have this size spring form pan. I will let you know how it turns out. I hope she loves it. Its her favorite flavor candy bar. I have all the ingredients. I cant wait to get started tomorrow. It will sit in fridge overnight to set well and the flavors to become richer.

Some one has to lick the bowl and the beaters. Made this today just put it in the fridge. I doubled the recipe and put some coffee in the chocolate and the ganache. I made a Graham cracker and coconut crust 😋. Can't wait till tomorrow.

It was marvelous, so rich, so smooth, even tough I forgot the whipped cream. Highly recommend. If you are worried about calories, even if you cut a thinner slice it satisfies you completely. I will be trying another recipe and will be commenting on it.

To make this keto friendly, grind up pecans instead of cookies for the first layer and use powdered stevia instead of sugar. Also check to make sure your chocolate does not have a lot of sugar (72 or 85 % cacoa) and everything else is milk fat or butter. I'll bet a serving would not take you out of ketosis.

Thank you for this recipe! It seems more reasonable than the ones I found before with 200 g of icing sugar and 300 g of peanut butter. This seems more balanced and honestly tastier! I'll try it and invite my family as soon as we are all fully vaccinated against the Corona virus.
