I haven't done a dessert recipe in a while on here, so I decided it was time to do one. I had one of my friends coming over the day I made this, and he is a personal trainer and body builder who was using his cheat day to come over and hang out so I really had to push him to his limits lol. Thus I give you an easy Reese's Peanut Butter Cheesecake. Well if you have watched me for any amount of time you know Cheesecake is one of my favorite all time desserts, so this was a no brainer to throw down and make. I will warn you this is an amazing rich and indulgent dessert you will instantly fall in love with. Makes: 8 Servings
Crust:
26 Oreo Cookies
5 Tbsp. Butter, Melted
Cheesecake:
24 oz. Cream Cheese, Softened
8 oz. Whipped Topping
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1-1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
30 Reese's Peanut Butter Miniatures, Chilled & Chopped
