    Pan size 模子 15cm x 4cm x9cm
    100g / 8Tbsp 奶油butter
    70g / 9Tbsp 糖sugar
    2 鸡蛋egg
    80g / 7Tbsp 低筋粉low-gluten flour

    Easy recipe and turned out moist, soft and yummy. However on my 2nd and 3rd loaf, I doubled the ingredients cause this receipe makes a small loaf. Here are the conversions from grams to cups for a double loaf: butter- 1&1/3 cups, sugar 2/3 cups, cake flour 1 cup and 4 eggs. Baking powder I kept at 1/4 teaspoon.bake at 170c for 50-45 mins. Good luck

    Really love it. I added 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence . I would lessen butter next round but it's really very good . Thank you !!!

    I made this and it turn so good..i have to turn on the fan baking button..it is moist, fluffy and best of all not dry as my usual pound cake before..thanks very much for the tutorial

    I double up all ingredients as below and make it 12 cupcakes !
    200 g butter
    140 g sugar
    4 eggs
    160 g flour
    1/4 + 1/4 baking power
    Baked 170c for 30 minutes .
    When mix sugar together with butter , sugar add 3 times , each time mixer 30 seconds
    When mix egg, add egg one by one , each time 30 seconds
    Very yummy ! Thanks Apron

    hello 再試整 入面始終同您做的不一樣 還有些少聚抵感覺 雖然都好鬆軟 其實打到落麵粉之前 應該打幾耐呢 因有出現豆腐渣情況 全程是否高速呢 時間大概多久 另外如頂部沒𠝹面是否入面會發不出來 謝謝你

    Please be careful for the size, this is a really small cake, be sure use small baking tray.

    Made this .. Twice... Delicious.. However.. the first time there was a lot of butter sort of making even the exterior of cake oily..So the second time I reduced about 10 grams of butter and it was great.. Thank you

    Fais ce jour, gâteau très bon et moelleux. J'ai doublé les proportions pour adapter à mon moule rectangulaire. Ça a la texture un peu d'un quatre quart. A refaire.merci vos recettes donnent vraiment envie.

    Hi, thank you for this video, we tried to make the same, however the cake didn't rise. It remains flat, is it because we didn't beat/whisk the mixture long enough? Do we mix it until it turns pale yellow or follow a certain time frame? How do we remove the egg smell from the cake? Thank you very much

    如果模具比她大的话 可以把材料全部double哦 然后烤制时间可以调成160°C 50min(根据自身烤箱来调整) 超级成功!!

      @@yukee6420 是100克黄油低俗打的,第一次做的能吃,第一次根据她的量最出来一点点,两个人不够吃哈。我买的模具大。下次再双倍量试试。自己能做最好,超市现成的还是偏甜了。

    The description amount (as researched) is wrong!!
    100gs butter/ 8 tbsps/ 1/2 cup or 1 stick
    70gs sugar/ 5.6 tbsps
    2 eggs
    80gs/ 10 1/4 tbsps flour

      Hi, grams is based on weight and teaspoon is based on volume.
      Each ingredient have different densities the volume is going to be different
      ,if there are discrepancies suggested in grams

      Cake flour is flour with cornstarch. You may replace, but it won't be as good.

    Hi I have used self raising flour instead of cake flour as follow recipe and step but the cake didn’t raised up and inside still look wet, could you pls advice what is the reason. The oven I have put them up and down mood. Do I need to use up and down fan mood? Appreciate your advice thank you

      Hi, yes, each of the flour to absorb water are different, can try to adjust the flour, and bake it on both burner heat

      Hi, low gluten flour is more delicate than all purpose flour, can try to make, for every 1 cup of all purpose flour remove 2 Tbsp of flour, and replace 2 Tbsp of that with cornstarch

      They are not interchangeable. Soda is a base and powder is an acid. Use what is called for in the recipe.
