100g / 8Tbsp 奶油butter
70g / 9Tbsp 糖sugar

80g / 7Tbsp 低筋粉low-gluten flour
1/4tsp 泡打粉baking powder

Easy recipe and turned out moist, soft and yummy. However on my 2nd and 3rd loaf, I doubled the ingredients cause this receipe makes a small loaf. Here are the conversions from grams to cups for a double loaf: butter- 1&1/3 cups, sugar 2/3 cups, cake flour 1 cup and 4 eggs. Baking powder I kept at 1/4 teaspoon.bake at 170c for 50-45 mins. Good luck

I double up all ingredients as below and make it 12 cupcakes !
200 g butter
140 g sugar
4 eggs
160 g flour
1/4 + 1/4 baking power
Baked 170c for 30 minutes .
When mix sugar together with butter , sugar add 3 times , each time mixer 30 seconds
When mix egg, add egg one by one , each time 30 seconds

Made this .. Twice... Delicious.. However.. the first time there was a lot of butter sort of making even the exterior of cake oily..So the second time I reduced about 10 grams of butter and it was great.. Thank you

Fais ce jour, gâteau très bon et moelleux. J'ai doublé les proportions pour adapter à mon moule rectangulaire. Ça a la texture un peu d'un quatre quart. A refaire.merci vos recettes donnent vraiment envie.

Hi, thank you for this video, we tried to make the same, however the cake didn't rise. It remains flat, is it because we didn't beat/whisk the mixture long enough? Do we mix it until it turns pale yellow or follow a certain time frame? How do we remove the egg smell from the cake? Thank you very much

Hi, grams is based on weight and teaspoon is based on volume.
Each ingredient have different densities the volume is going to be different
,if there are discrepancies suggested in grams

Cake flour is flour with cornstarch. You may replace, but it won't be as good.

Hi, low gluten flour is more delicate than all purpose flour, can try to make, for every 1 cup of all purpose flour remove 2 Tbsp of flour, and replace 2 Tbsp of that with cornstarch

They are not interchangeable. Soda is a base and powder is an acid. Use what is called for in the recipe.
