I find the DotD is a pretty ridiculous thing to give 10 points for in fantasy. This should not be part of the game. Better they add neg points to causing crashes.
Couldn’t agree more - it’s a subjective vote decided by the fans. Never understood why it factored into the scoring metrics related directly to performance on track. Been of the view for some time that if it stays in the game, it shouldn’t be more than 5 points
The fact that Magnussen scored more fantasy points than Hulkenberg in Imola tells you everything you need to know about the competence of the game developers
@@pavlenikacevic4976also, think of how overtakes are calculated. If 2 guys are battling it out and they pass eachother 5 times in 10 seconds... you get points for each.... 😅 no... like... if they are battleing and no positikn change that lasts a lap at least... no points should be given.
That spotlight segment is great! Yuki and Hulk are good calls. I'm lucky I already have them in my lineup. Looking forward to media day today and seeing what the teams think of their chances.

I feel your pain, I took 2 -20 hits in both of the sprint weekends so far this season. With LEC - TSU - RIC - MAG - HUL - RBR - FER, my rank took a little green arrow to 9.8k, and team value 110.3M. I have 3 free transfers coming into Monaco, so I have a lot of nice flexibility. There are a ton of options, but there are 3 teams which stand out to me. Team 1 is 3/3 transfers to VER - TSU - MAG - HUL - BOT - MCL - FER. Team 2 is 1/3 transfers to LEC - TSU - MAG - HUL - ZHO - RBR - FER, and I will have budget room to final fix to NOR if he outqualifies LEC. Team 3 is a -10 hit to LEC - PIA - HUL - BOT - SAR - MCL - FER.

Hey Rob. How do you plan to set up your team to maximize the score for Austria? My assumption is you will either plan to have max in for optimal points , or plan to use your extra DRS boost by lining up to have 2 premium drivers like Lec/SAI + PIA?
Will likely get Max for the sprint - his record there is impeccable. But will be saving 3x for later in the season when I can own Verstappen and a LEC/SAI/NOR without taking a haircut on two premium constructors

That’s a tough one. I think Magnussen is a more viable long term hold and has been a consistent and reliable source of points and price increases, so I think Ocon is the better option to swap out

Agreed, DotD should be removed. Fastest lap and pitstop is fair, but should be 5 points

how is Mclaren so much more money than Ferrari when Ferrari are clearly ahead by a large margin.
The assets were priced before preseason testing and McLaren's strong finish to 2023 likely resulted in their premium price tag
