My ex boyfriend just did this. His house sold the first day it was listed. Cash sale and he had to be out in 6 weeks. Had an estate sale to sell everything. Hes now looking for his dream RV. Im excited for you Jeffrey. What an amazing adventure.

In 2021 One of my Sisters, her husband and two children did what you are about to do. Sold everything, traveled the Country for a year in an RV. They had THE BEST time and ultimately found a City in a different State where they just knew was "Home"! Looking forward to traveling with you! Congratulations to you AND Mark!!

I bought from you pop-up sale and i have enjoyed everyone of you and Barbs Friday sales and i have gotten four of your tins and the chocolate box and other smaller items.you ate wise beyond your years and you work hard for everything that you have. I’m in my 50’s and somehow drawn to you and your life story. Lol, I guess because you seem real and we are all going through crap in our journey in this life and at the end of my busy day…I always get comfy on my couch with my remote and say “I wonder if Jeffrey Thomason posted anything new?” I like your vintage content too. I can’t believe after all your hard work on your house, you are leaving it all behind. But, I get it. Good luck and keep us posted!

I can totally understand wanting to be a nomad for a while. If I were younger I would totally do it. I'm in Illinois and have good sourcing around where I'm at, but I could tell from your videos that Florida didn't have enough of the "good stuff". The snowbirds who go there to retire liquidate most of their belongings before moving there so it makes sense. Anyway, I love watching travel shows so I'll be sure to tune in. Good luck! Can't wait to see your RV van. :)

Hi Jeffrey & Mark, WOW!.. wish you both the best. When your ready, hope you'll continue to do travel vlogs. Will miss seeing your cast of characters, you've always kept it interesting! But we especially wish you "Happy Trails", enjoy all your future adventures & we ENVY your energy & exuberance "for taking on the world" At 70 & no longer able to drive, we are also contemplating a life-style change, after 60+ years of collecting. It's a bit overwhelming but we're planning on a 9-10 month transition period. Trying to get down to minimal bulk ... selling most everything as you are doing. Jeffrey, you will be surprised how little you can put in an RV. We have a 19’ camper, live in it 3-4 months a year as we travel, and I who have a house full of vintage live a much different life when on the road-in the camper everything is pared down and often has a duo purpose. And I love it, but when we return to our house, it is great too. Best wishes and you will find campers are great people, friendly and will help you out should you need help.

I'm not surprised that your Airbnb experience was a success. When you mentioned you would like to have an Inn and host guests.... I can totally see that for you -100% You would be super great at that.
You're going to have to get you a storage building you can work out of your storage building just buy your building and maybe just a little bit of property there❤❤❤❤ happy trails!!!!

On your journey, scout out your new homestead. I’m guessing that’s your plan. Good luck to you. I live in Minnesota. I’m a couple of hundred miles north of Rochester. Winters are cold. Best medical anywhere. Mayo now has clinic satellites so it’s not just Minnesota. The clinic is massive and you’ll see EVERYTHING there.
I am sad that you are moving but excited to see your new adventure. I have so enjoyed your videos and your humor. Good luck on your sale.

Yes, I will continue vlogging on both this channel and my personal vlog channel! I have been following van live, RV life videos many, many years and finally took the plunge when the opportunity opened itself up! Florida, while nice to live for the weather, is a bit sparse on great vintage and antiques, so I'm excited to get back out to the other states, the midwest etc. etc. and see more variety.

They say that a rolling stone gathers no moss, so I would imagine that you are completely moss-free with all the "rolling" you have been doing the last few years. What you are planning to do sounds a little like George, the Antique Nomad's life, traveling around the county to find the best antiques in each region. The reality is Florida doesn't have the best variety of vintage and antiques. Its a bit unmotivating with the types of selection I have here.

Van life will be a great adventure! In September (I know it's a little far out) there is a RUclips Van and RV Life meet up in Central Michigan. You should come.
