    my 400 mH pb is 53.74 I take 15 steps between each hurdle, i really want to break my school record which is 52.65, should i change my strike pattern into 14?

    Last year (junior) I ran 40.0 for the 300h, what’s a good benchmark I should go for senior year like 37.5?

      I'd say it depends on your top end speed. To run a 37.5 you would have to have the speed to go 22.0 or better in the 200.

      our facility is basically sand/ lumpy gravelly surface. How would you adjust for that when you compete on a real track but don’t have acces to one for practice?
