This was outstanding, this reminds me of how I was taught in college, sadly its all RnR now "remove and replace" but, Thank you for taking the time and uploading this video!

Awesome video ...my car does this intermittently when it gets hot, if you try and start it again it just cranks and won't fire or sometimes it fires and runs really rough for a while. (Can't take your foot off the pedal kinda rough) I know one of the capacitors is for the fuel system and after this video Im not worried about tackling the issue myself. Thank you!

So, a little tip for soldering capacitors or like any trough hole mounted parts, it will work most of the time only doing a little blip of solder, but if you would do a little bit more so it reaches almost trough the hole you wont get cold solder joints and it will be a bit harder to break off, but anyways nice video :)

Update from last nights cruise threw town with it- no more kicking and bucking at low rpm, and now the torque curve doesn’t fall on its face at 4,500rpm anymore and no surging even when starting it in the mid 40s outside 👍👍

I don’t remember, there is a Grip Royal steering wheel video in the playlist, pretty sure we revealed where we got it. I asked my son and he said it was this one www.americanmuscle.com/am-steering-wheel-hub-8404.html
Also there is a grip Royal adapter needed for that hub to make a grip Royal wheel bolt up straight.

@million mile garage what codes were present in the ecu when you did a test or did you ever do a test

    • @millionmilegarage9587

Test came back as A-OK, no fault codes, evidently it can’t test itself for all faults. Weird.

    Hello good sir,
Wondering what temperature you solder at?
    Thank you

Not sure about the heat, the soldering iron used in the video is a 30 watt Chicago electric unit, it takes a while to heat the joint, hence you could here me counting in seconds once I had an idea how long it took to get the parts hot enough to take the solder.
