    Love it, my fav kb exercise is the double kb clean-squat-press, it's a burner

    Double front squat for me.
    Mobility to keep the squatting pattern, leg strength for obvious reasons, anaconda strength like no other (thanks Mr John for the description), and upper back strength.
    If I could have a 2nd it would be the double c&p

    Dude I was just thinking about this exercise after I did my first round of your Prometheus program and now look at that. You made a whole tutorial of the kb clean and pressz
