Jk’s skyrim is the base overhaul mod. Looks like there are some ENB lighting mods and foliage texture & addition. But, Jk’s skyrim is the most important.
I fear that Immersive NPC's might conflic with this pretty hard. Though this hold overhaul is amazing. Currently in WIP but big potential. Hopefully, the custom NPC's are not for display only

Amazing. Although the cities all have their unique feel and style they never felt dense and bustling. This feels like a hold capital.
