Rosie, please HELP! ive been asked to make a christening cake, please can you advise on the best writing nozzle. I have no icing writing skills, and the cake needs to be written In Greek, so I can't use stencils! any tips please!

Hi Maria. Most brands use the low numbers for their plain round nozzles. A number 1 is pretty small but anything from 2 to 4 might suit you. If you look at those piped beads in the video I think a number 5 may be wider than you want. But really it's up to you how thick you want your lettering.

What is rejuvenating fluid? I'm not familiar with that term. Is it glycerin?

No patty bonds it is just a clear fluid, usually alcohol based which is used to water down colours. x
