Go to a dermatologist (the is a skin problem) and it’s definitely linked to low immunity and bad diet. So you gotta pump yourself up with a bunch of vitamins daily (normal intake) and go see a skin doctor
Look for a video on RUclips that is specifically for females who have had their vagina "circumcised". I'm so sorry you've gone through this. It's very hard to understand how anyone can do this to their daughter. If you are in the US, Canada, Europe, find a doctor that can help with the complications of female mutilation. God bless you.
Taking antibiotics plus antiinflammatory and analgesic with local application of fucidin and boil got burst puss drained now any other thing to take care of wound or is it ok.

Voltarol cream. I used it only once and it popped within a hour
After it pops still apply the voltarol untill all rubbish as come out. It does sting but it works

When mine pop, I soak the area, and then I clean it out with alcohol--yes, it burns. Then I put triple antibiotic cream on it.
