When I first used Viviscal, I thought that it was a waste because I didn't notice any growth for the first 3 months. I gave it another try and by months 4 & 5 I had excessive shedding, but my fingernails got extremely hard. I contacted the company and was told that the shedding was very good and that I should see much thicker hair and more length. They were right!! My hair has never been thicker and instead of growing only 1 inch every 8 months, my hair actually grew 5 inches in one year and is now growing between 1 - 1/2 inches per month. I stopped using it a couple of years ago, to try out other hair growth supplements and they were a total waste. I'm now back with Viviscal (beginning of 2nd month) and already seeing thickness and a little length. 🤗♥

In a year hair grows 6 inches. I think you weren’t retaining the length that grew, maybe your strands were weak and broke off faster.

@@shaniathemen That length is based on European and Asian hair African American type it's 5 inc a year. Studies shows, however taking Karatin and serum like Grow Gorgeous really agree With African type hair
