Nice video but I disagree with the mag as more of a daily driver. If you have the factory zo6 set up then yes. Do you think they had a little wizard tucked away at the supercharger factory, waving his arms around, casting spells all over the place? They have to pay the engineers to come up with a specifically designed setup for the C8's newly developed engine. Then you have to figure out how to make the casting dyes for every single part because it's an entirely different engine. Do you have any idea how much just the tooling would end up costing the wizards at the supercharger factory? I have a slightly educated guess what the price might be because I worked in an aluminum foundry for a while in my early twenties while consuming large amounts of varying substances. It blew my mind when I found out how much the casting dye was for a Honda push mower transmission cover/heatsink of which I was the only person in the entire company that was capable and intelligent enough to pass Honda's certification to produce those parts.......I was doing more dope than you could shake a stick at so how I managed to pass that certification is one of the mysteries of the universe that may never be solved 😂

Yeah - unfortunately it is a pretty complex platform to mod with the engine being mid mounted. A lot of the cost is labor but there is quite a bit that goes into the mechanical components as well. I think costs may come down some with time but it is not a great platform to mod for anyone on modest budget or where budget is not an issue but you still want a good bang for the buck. However, if you love these cars and want more power, these kit will do it and make the cars a lot more fun to drive. So far, everyone who's done has been really happy in the end but most of them aren't looking for raw performance or x to xx times. There are better platforms for that for sure.

I think people are paying the crazy amounts of $$$ bc they've already overpaid for the most boring, uncomfortable, and poorly thought out car to drive that I've ever driven and it's not worth jack to trade it in so they trying to make it more fun to drive!!!!!!! oh...and still be alot less $$$ than a c8z06
For 25k and still runs a garbage 80-120. No thanks. Im keeping my c8 stock until this gets figured out. The cost benefits ratio on the c8 are atrocious. Although my c8 is a great stock car, My ess supercharged mustang with no other support mods runs circles around the c8 on the street
20k $ its totally overpriced mod
Hello sir, I am a manufacturer of car navigation screens. We have currently developed the Corvette C6 screen and have tested it on vehicles in China, and the situation is very good. But I am concerned that there may be differences in some parts of overseas cars, so I would like to install and test them overseas. For this product, we currently offer a very favorable price. Would you be interested in joining us and helping us provide feedback on its situation?
Wanna race?😂
On a private track sure, we don't condone any reckless behavior on the streets.

25k for that $2k supercharger installed is nuts lol
$25 K only because it is on a C8. On any other car it is $12K. You can get a 810hp S/C Dark Horse from your FORD dealer for under $100K. Aftermarket is having a field day ripping off 'Vette owners as usual.... Sad thing is they keep paying .
The mid engine platform is much more complex than a standard front engine vehicle. More parts = more money.
Fords are junk!
Still way overpriced and when they come down 5-10k then I’m a buyer.
Who the hell would pay that much money for a car and upgrade and be nowhere near 1000hp. Weak
Twin turbskiesss over this for $20k 😢
This is not correct as I've seen C8s with roots type blowers making 700-750hp this guy's just wants you to buy the centrifugal style blower which is garbage in my opinion!
Thise magnusons are everywhere and basic as hell
exactly, taking advantage of people.
Does this come with a check engine light
