That a weird test i got a 4080 and with same Graphics i got 60 all time and for that settings
"Ray Tracing: Enabled (where applicable)" was not possible is not raytracing is a amd thing equivalent
"DLSS: Quality Mode " don't have dlss
"V-Sync: Disabled" okay but the game is locked at 60 or 30 fps that change result
