I take apart all my consoles and pc's every 6 months and clean everything and new thermal paste and I am always amazed at how much dirt still gets in, can't imagine people that never do it, can't see spending the money and let dirt kill it.
@@Łybo_gaming yeah it depend how many people have used your console before selling to u , imagine 5-7 people have used your console and they never clean it off . I'm sure it would be like my underwear in the morning
That's one way of taking care of the consoles. Though I feel like if you're amazed after 6 months of dirt then something ain't right. I've taken apart things well over 6 months and was amazed how little there was lmao
@@resEGone question! First of all, congratulations for the job, I don’t have words… What do you recommend for cleaning “the piano parts” of PS5 and the USB’s parts of PS4? It's easy to scratch… 😔
@@resEGYou're welcome, Restoration Eg I'm here to comment on your videos and tell you that you do a remarkable job! Keep going as maybe one day, you will become a great and renowned Home Console reconditioner!🏆🎮🔥 In life everything is possible, you just have to work very hard! :)❤️
I've taken apart, cleaned and fixed well over 400 PS4 consoles , I've never seen dust build up that loose! The cooling fins are usually caked with a thick matted layer of lint and dust debris! The fan blades are usually coated generously with debris too, the side vents are also caked/blocked with dust. Excuse me for being a little skeptical but it seems as though this console has either come from the driest desert or you have emptied a full vacuum cleaner bag into the fan while the console was turned on to make it look like it was in worse condition for the video. The thermal paste still looked as though it was moist, which wouldn't be the case with dust debris as dry as that, because for dust to be that dry it would be from a hot, dry climate, the fan would've been working overtime to cool the system, causing the thermal paste to dry and harden I could be completely wrong, and it could be that I'm just used to working on consoles from a damper climate. Only judging this videos authenticity based off my personal experience throughout the years working in PS4 consoles and other assorted consoles.
Truly loving your work, but pleeeaasssee look into your thermal paste application, it didn't need that much, and look into the small dot (pea sized) amount in the centre, it minimizes air bubbles between the heatsink and chip, spreading it into an uneven layer may cause issues with air bubbles. Even if it's worked for you for a while, please look into it, it will only help you :D
Lo triste es que poco a poco la PS4 va quedando en el olvido, el GTA VI y Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero, solo estarán para la PS5, cómo pasa el tiempo volando...

The dust looks like sand. I'm guessing this might be a fake restoration video. He must've put sand all over the place. When he takes off the Blu ray drive you see it's perfectly clean under there. Which might mean he didn't pour sand well enough.
One does wonder how people actually manage to get their consoles THIS freakin dirty. Sure, some dust is to be expected, but the levels of grime, sand and dust in some I've seen is just flabbergasting.. Makes one wonder how the people live 😶
If it's the chemical you're asking about, it's hydrogen peroxide. However, I do not recommend the creamy form. Its 20% liquid is a better option. But you have to be careful when using it because it damages the skin a little. Be sure to use gloves
The chemical used is hydrogen peroxide. I don't recommend the cream form because it doesn't whiten surfaces evenly. Its liquid option is a more suitable option.
do mean which chemicals use for retro whitening? it is Hydrogen peroxide, However you should be careful when you work with, because it could be a little dangerous in high concentrations, I highly don't recommend to use its creamy types based on my experiences

@@Łybo_gaming Maybe he comes from a large family of lepers,
I wonder what is the seller's reaction after he sees the video and sees nothing is wrong with the console after his son spilled cola on it
The seller preferred to sell it at a reduced price rather than lose everything, so he did not try it again or even connect it to electricity at all.
