geociv seems absolutely fascinating. I've been juggling all sorts of hobbies and tasks so not much time to play civ 3 myself but it would make for an incredibly entertaining watch.
While I understand the issues of Epic, I wonder how the game plays out with two or more Suede level players playing on a high difficulty setting (deity+)
I guess the classic tech trading with runaway AIs has to be approached in a different way?
Would you exploit the AI to gang up on opponents?

Id love to see you try to beat all the conquest scenarios on deity (or the highest difficulty you think you can do it without save reloading)
He’s mentioned before that some of them don’t interest him (like rise of Rome being completely skewed towards a Rome power fantasy)

The UU concept sounds like it would be really interesting for singleplayer. Is there a way to do this?
A cheese play? I'm not quite sure what that is. Is that exploiting a flaw in the game mechanics?
Yeah exactly. Rather than building something at a "normal" pace, you can min-max with certain, very strange strategies, that wouldn't normally work for single player or long term games. But multi-player games are much shorter, and an early lead of a few turns of growth/production can make a huge difference in them. Playing multi-player has made me a significantly better single player with the niche strategies I've learned
