You get to play with some cool stuff brother! It's awesome how you can grab any rc and just start having fun out the box like that. You have it down that's for sure.
We affectionately called the SR-71's at Kadena AB, Okinawa, HABUs after a local black poisonous snake on the island. A snake was painted on the 2 SR verticals. And NO, a habu is not a pet candiate whatsoever... It was common to see flightline trucks/vans on the SAC side with a dead habu hanging on the side after removing it from a B-52, KC-135 or RC-135 wheel well.
Very cool Fitz, i had to mechanically change the elevator rates on mine. I moved the push rod out 1 hole on the servo horn because it just felt like it didn't have a enough up. I think the 3200 6s is a lot more weight than the plane was engineered for. But other than that, the plane is great. I like it.
Hi I know this is off topic but I'm going to retire soon. I have an eagle 2 trainer and a raptor v1 that I want to learn to fly. I have a 25 year old 4 channel futaba which is way out of date. Any suggestions on a radio that I can fly both with? Probably need to update servos also, so any suggestions for that will be appreciated.
Kevin, If you are in the US. I'd recommend the Spektrum NX series like the NX6. Can fly both planes and helis with it and there is a large user base for any questions you may have using it. Eagle is a classic trainer, glad to hear another one will fly.
Hi yes I live in Independence Missouri and there are some rc clubs that I hope to go and talk with. Thank you for the information on what radio to look at.

Love your videos and how you present these models. Cheers from the Canadian Prairies!
Great video and very nice flying. Looks like a blast and great for a 1st EDF. Have you any thoughts or experience with the Eflight Viper 70mm?

I didn't set it up, but the elevator control seemed perfectly adequate on the one I flew.
