Good morning mon ami 👍🍻 I'm in love with your wood shed mon ami 👍😉 Great pre flight inspection on your Arien mon ami 😉🧐👍 Yes in deed, your Ariens is a great one for sure 👍😉💪 Have a great week end mon ami Cheers 🍻👍😉
Only a 2 bag system set up like the 3 on the cub but to be honest I'm old school and rather rake the leaves for the kidos to jump in and both dogs to play in bagger for 600bucks a rake from home depot for 12dollar I'm all for it
@@christophercattie Sucks man. It looks like it works really well although there are some negative reviews on it. I have mulching blades which should help lift the grass into it. Also have the grassflap which has been awesome. A good season to you, sir!
Would a 2023 Ariens Ikon 42 be overkill for my small 1/4 city lot? Im in SW Florida so I have to cut it every 4 days from April through October. And I have a bad back.
Its an OEM 2 bagger Ariens unit. Powered from the mower deck pulley with a short belt. I got it from my dealer when I originally bought the machine in 2021.
Is your mower noisy when you have it on low revs? Mine was a little noisy when I first turned it one, the engine sounded alright but when I would turn the fan blades on it was noisy, would shake a good amount. Until you go up on the revs it almost balances out and doesn't shake as much and aside from the engine getting louder it overall would even out. Idk I'm just wondering because I noticed that the part where the fans are is noise or somewhat shaky when I turn thr blades on on low Rev. Idk if something may be loose or if it's just that it is being held by four bolts which are adjustable. But yeah once I go up on revs it evens out just wondering if it's normal.

My Icon XD 52” is the best residential mower I have ever owned! I have a 7 acre horse farm it makes cutting a breeze. Thanks for a great video! 👍👏
Thank you very much 🙏 I’m glad to hear you are enjoying your toy…I mean tool 👍
Why didn’t you go with the 60”? We’re you thinking like I did more power per inch of cut?
Love my XD for my LawnCare. It does well in wet grasses too
Yes it does. Thanks for watching! Appreciate the support!

Thank you sir. It’s been great thus far! Appreciate the comment :)
I like that bagging system but I would not buy it for the money they want for it.
Had Snapers and Dixon zero turn. Now I have Ariens 52" with 135 hours best mower I have ever owned hands down. It will last longer than I will.
Very nice Ken. I’m glad you’re enjoying it

The bags definitely fill up fast. I think a backpack is probably faster. 🫡
@@BuildALotAcres Not more than 3 passes and have to dump, and we only have 1.2 Acres 🙄 but again to each as owne 👍😁
Love it. What kind of bagger is used in this video?
Thanks! It is an Ariens branded bagger that came with the mower.
@@BuildALotAcres Nice! I have the exact same mower and have been looking for that bagger but just cant find it
@@jakemarek5925 sold out everywhere - I know!

Looks like it did a good job man.
Yes sir! Thanks Jeff
I didn’t get a good look at it. Is that their non powered bagging system?
It’s powered with a belt that’s driven off the mower deck

Probably would be overkill, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t get it 😁👍
What blower kit do you have on you ariens?

I’ve never noticed that to be the case. I usually turn the mower off before turning the rpm’s down.
@@BuildALotAcres could you try it, just to know if it's normal? Would appreciate it
You're not suppose to engage your PTO on low throttle. Only full throttle should you turn on your blades. It's in the owner's manual.

@@MrAWeezy86 Thank you for the heads up🙏 I’ll be more careful
Are you even cutting anything 🤷♂️?
Yeah….grass 👍
