    I found your channel through your biomechanics series. I’m studying clinical biomechanics in Denmark, and your content has been a real gift. Keep it coming and have a lovely day!

    Hi, I just saw your first video yesterday and now I have tried your latest 5 for back pain. No further pain during and after the exercises 👌
    I am a female and under my pregnancy for 26 years ago I got a pain low in the back/upper button in the right side. At the time, X ray shows that L5 and S1 has grown together, so I thought, the pain comes from that place. Now I am in my 50’es with menopause and all that stuff, so perhaps the hormones still make a bad influence and still gives me pain? I guess the pain also might be in the SI joint, as you mentioned, it’s hard to tell. Sometimes it’s painful to walk and sometimes not. It’s always hurting, when I move towards the floor.
    I do know, that the QL muscle is very thigh to, I try to do 90/90 exercises and side-bends + yoga.
    Do you have any videos that shows exercises for the QL muscle? Or suggestions for how to make it better?
    Thanks so much for your help 😊

      Thank you for checking out my videos! I’m so glad that some of them have been helpful to you! I have videos related to QL rehab on my Instagram page, but don’t have one on RUclips yet. I will try to upload one to RUclips in the next week or two.

    Hello. I am suffering from disc herniation at L4 L5 and S1. My chiropractor has helped me alot with my spine but it started pain and soreness in SI Joint/ Glute area. I am in dire need of your support and advice. Will be grateful.

      Sorry to hear you are still having pain. Symptoms in the glute region is very common with issues in the L4-5 and L5-S1 regions. Have you seen my piriformis syndrome video? It has exercises that would help you get rid of pain in the glute region.

      @@RehabScience Thanks for your kind consideration. I will see the video you are saying. One more thing to mention today I tried your 4 excercises for SI Joint pain. I felt good for 2 hours but after 2 hours I felt my pain aggravated. Now Its travelling from hip to foot. Please advice.

      @@RehabScience Sir one more thing I am also suffering from lateral pelvic tilt. My left hip is higher than the left one and my upper body is tilted towards the right.

      The hip exercises in my knee valgus can help with lateral pelvic tilt. Have you seen that video?

    • @RehabScience
      @RehabScience  2 года назад

      If nerve symptoms increased, this means at least one of the exercises irritated the nerve. Because your symptoms are traveling past your knee, you are probably don't have an SI joint problem. I would let things calm down and then try the exercises in my low back disc herniation and sciatica video.

    I can’t do any kind of bridge/hip thrust kills my lower back on the left side which is what I pulled or strained. I don’t even know how I really did it. I can’t bend forward right now or do anything that uses that muscle.

    I’ve been following for a couple years now on Instagram and just recently the RUclips channel. Just a recommendation, but any chance of a video to help with T1 and T2 herniation or do you have video out already? I feel like my body is getting used to the stretches I’ve been doing
