Ikr! 150k was cheap as chips and even the sale price of 300k was a steal, even if there was a murder there. $300k US is about $600k here in New Zealand and standard, 3 bedroom houses start at around $750k NZD. The place in the video, including all the land and assuming it's in a fairly nice area would be worth no less than around $1.5 - $2 million NZD here.

I used to play golf on the computer a long time ago... When I got to high school, I did briefly consider choosing golf for (compulsory) sport, but you had to bring your own clubs. This was way too much of an investment for my liking, so I chose an alternative sport my school offered - "Walking For Leisure". I figured the walking part was what I was going to most enjoy in a game of golf anyway, so why not cut out the expense and the tedium of chasing the ball and just walk.

The bloopers at the end reminded me of the Peter Sellers movie, "Being There." There was a scene where Sellers' character had to deliver an angry, foul-mouthed message in a flat, emotionless manner. The scene required multiple retakes, because Sellers and the rest of the cast would crack up as he struggled to deliver the lines in the flat tone. The bloopers, known as the "Rafael outtakes," were played at the end of the film as the credits rolled. You should try to see this film if you have not seen it. It's one of Peter Sellers' finest works.
