The place in the video, including all the land and assuming it's in a fairly nice area would be worth no less than around $1.5 - $2 million NZD here.

This was way too much of an investment for my liking, so I chose an alternative sport my school offered - "Walking For Leisure". I figured the walking part was what I was going to most enjoy in a game of golf anyway, so why not cut out the expense and the tedium of chasing the ball and just walk. Edited for a typo.
The frisbees can actually get kindof expensive, they have long distance ones and etc. Not a fan personally but dated a few. They spent plenty of money.

The scene required multiple retakes, because Sellers and the rest of the cast would crack up as he struggled to deliver the lines in the flat tone. The bloopers, known as the "Rafael outtakes," were played at the end of the film as the credits rolled. You should try to see this film if you have not seen it. I helped build a disc golf course! My (then) boyfriend was in boy scouts and we were helping one of his friends with his eagle scout project. It was pretty fun to build the course and try to learn how to play when we were done lol.
