Instead of sketching a circle to sweep extrude the 3D body, I find it faster and easeir to just select the helix and click sweep and then circular profile and then just define the diameter ;-)

Thank you, but only you can do it.
Please explain this under as-installed version of your Solidworks.

cnc machine hase G34 for making variable thread
    example
    G34 Z-110 F5 K1
it means it start 5 and change 1 foreach rev(constatly change feed faster)
so there is not any moment that pitch is same
machine is feeding faster and faster
cheap method how it work BUT NOT CORRECT!!!
this is how everyone think variable thread is and its not correct
    G32 Z-6 F6 feed 6 for 1 turn
    G32 Z-13 F7 feed 7 for 1 turn
    G32 Z-27 F8 ..etc
    G32 Z-55 F9
    G32 Z-111 F10

this is not variable thread. this is threads that have difreant pitch for turns. in variable thread pitch change every angle continously change not with turns. can this expensive program do REAL variable thread that REAL cnc machine can turn?
