Sir make videos on solid work simulation basics....
Not to criticize, but to offer some other ideas. If you want to make the thread accurate to a standard, say ISO or UN, make a triangle and then a line connecting the midpoints of the two sides that are not parallel to the axis. This line will become the pitch diameter. Dimension the line that is parallel to the axis to the pitch of the thread. Now dimension the pitch diameter to your standard. Position the triangle such that when driven by the helix, it will cut where you need it to. Exit this sketch. Make a new sketch where you convert the two sides of your original triangle to lines in the second sketch. Put your nose radius here. Now make a line parallel to the axis, but short of the same line is the first sketch. Trim the corners. This way is a bit more work, but it makes the thread exactly to your standard. Trimming the parallel line short of the first triangle prevents SW from failing to drive on the helix. It helps to hide the first sketch before driving the helix, making it easier to choose the correct sketch to drive. Once the thread is cut, go to the end of the thread. Click on the small surface that is parallel to the axis, click to make a sketch on that surface. While the surface is still highlighted, click on “Convert Entities” to form an outline. Project this as an extruded cut out the side of the thread. You no longer have an abrupt end to the thread, but an smooth exit.
We can also just use proper standards by taking industry standard threads that exist below hole wizard
@@svrt5832 I seldom use the hole wizard. Does it do tapered threads? Does it do external threads? I suppose it matters what one is modeling, and just how accurate the threads must be. I have modeled quite a few API threads, (both pin and box) where the pitch diameter of the thread is specified at a given distance from the shoulder. The thread form is also specified. Never could get the hole wizard to do those threads. If you know, please let us know how. Thanks.
much thanks my guy! this was a good meme
Thanks sir🙏
hi sir u have done any tutorials regards sheet metal in creo

super hero
thanks for your nice videos and can you explain about trim entities?
i made tutorials on trim entities, check playlist for beginners tutorial,
Why would you not just use the SolidWorks threading feature that uses actual die sizes?
Hi thank you very much, can you give us the Dimension in the First of Videos to try selftry

Lord you are very famus everywere you have reall friends.god bless hendostan.
İts good to use custom thread methods. But solidworks provides a thread function. İts better to use it if you are in hurry
Thanx ❤️
Can you explain why you used opted to cut the path of the threading manually as opposed to using the built in thread feature in Solidworks?
Same reason as he created the knurling and not imported from tools
Thank you! Works but slows down solidworks so much. Any ideas on how to stop it from being so slow??
(I have a i9-9900k, rtx 2080ti, 16gb ram)
check your performance properties in the tools tab under options
Where from do you get the dimensions. If you have it in the form of 2d diagram, please tell the link to download it , sir please!
👍
How your model is having metallic finish before applying any material, i use 2016 version but my model is dull grey.Is there any option?
There is something called as real view graphics in solidworks, if you have any graphics card you can activate that feature.
I watched the video. There is 1 problem when you dimension the wireframe. It seem to me you dimension the "radius" not "diameter". To correct that when you pick, you pick the center line first then pick the line and drag dimension below the CENTER LINE then it give you a "diameter" dimension instead of "radius".
Second problem you don't need to create 2 curves (for diamond knurl) just create 1 curve then mirror that curve then do pattern. Try that, let's see it works.
yup i just learned that trick
Left hand thread ?
Why not use thread command?
May I know what the app name..
My friend when I finish a part I m going to the library to put a color on it. For ex. I put nickel or something which it must shine but it doesn't shine at all. What I must do? Thanks
You need to enable realview graphics

Why left-hand threads?
Sir how triangle is coinciding?when I'm clicking on bolt point no options are coming
Have any of you guys have the problem of self intersecting sweep at 7:20
Dear sir,how to find out /calculate the weight of any metal rod /sheet etc. in Solid works;also how to confirm density of the material or is correct.please guide.

I found geometry error during applying circular pattern! WHat to do????
nice #deepakkumarbadal
It give me an error when i try the circular pattern (o thickness geometry) How can i fix this?
You need to check your draw, maybe you didn´t give it the correct relation with the circle. And check the angles, I had the same problem.
Thank you for the advice😊, I hope will work
