That’s why David Allen said: There are no problems in the world. Only projects.

This was outstanding! Any chance we could get a pdf of your slides? And I love the new beard. Of course, I am a little biased...

I love the pen and paper graphics here. It really helps me visualize how small these problems can be once they are clearly defined.

@@RobertPeakeI like and appreciate the face to face style of the videos, but the occasional graphic can help turn abstract ideas into concrete actions.
      Thanks for all you do!

My multiple attempts at GTD have always made me feel more overwhelmed and out of control.
I've always made myself feel worse with the way I've tried to use GTD
I just watched "Avoid This BIG Beginner Mistake with GTD®,"and "Turn Your Problems into Projects!."
I'm convinced that doing the steps described in these videos will enable me to implement GTD so that it will generate feelings of hope and control instead of dread and guilt. (Not to mention increasing my productivity, lol)
    Thanks!

I keep telling myself to use the resources around me rather than buying more which has helped me to become debt free financially and has made me so much more relaxed that I can cope with what life throws at me. I discovered GTD 10 years ago, it saved my job at the time and made me so organised beyond my wildest dreams. OK it took me about 18 months to use properly as I was self taught. I changed 4 D's into Action, Adjourn, Assign and Annul to make it more personal. It was the Horizons of Focus that I found difficult and wonder if that's a female thing?

Indeed, the slide was drafted quickly... thanks for the feedback; didn't realise anyone would be reading it in detail :)

Very uplifting and freeing video. I know Allen talks about it in the beginning of the book, but I just kind of glazed over it. But this, in whatever format you want to call it, I can definitely see this as an empowering thing. Also enjoyed the little drop of Stoic principles 😊. Thanks for posting and keep it up!
