Great video, Adrian! Those of us who are long-term GTD users still can struggle from time-to-time with the balance between the threefold nature of work. I personally use timeblocking not only to lay out my plan for the day to process my inboxes and set up a rough plan for the pre-defined work, but also to help me to see where I need to adjust my context - maybe I need to spend more time at my "real" office to work on my pre-defined work in any given day, or can I head to my favourite coffee shop to do some of the Cal Newport-style "Deep Work" that is on my pre-defined work lists.
I love your enthusiasm for GTD and how keen you are to adapt your own personal GTD practice. That's the path!

Thanks - it is indeed important to use your calendar in this way.
