Gorgeous cake. So much work on the scalloped cake. You’re so patient. I love that the rice paper didn’t bubble up too much.. it looked more like delicate tissue paper giving it a very light appearance. I live in Singapore so humidity is ridiculous. 😂

They do pretty well;) I would wait until the day of the event to attach them.
Hi. I really love your tutorial and it's very helpful I have learned many things from your video. I have question though. Every time I put butter cream over ganash it slips but yours is perfect. Am I making a mistakes. Does ganash goes with fondant only or I can use also with butter cream if so how. Can you please explain it to me?
I have not had a problem with it slipping. What kind of buttercream are you using? And do you refrigerate it after you put it on?

I just wanna ask one question, i always see you frying these rice papers but don't actually know how to fry them either in water or oil?
These I fr8ed with vegetable oil. Any clear flavorless oil should work.

Why not have a floral gradient in the cake, and carving the cake, and not with the cream?
