Hi mate, we have very poor tech support for these Samsung units here in Australia and it’s very frustrating. I have a customer with a AR24FSSSBWKX showing a E101 fault code, I’m not getting any voltage across F1 & F2 does this mean there’s a faulty indoor pc board? Would much appreciate your advice on this. I checked CN301 on the outdoor PCB and the DC voltage was changing. When I check F1 and F2 both inside and outside I get nothing. Help would be greatly appreciated. I'm stuck in the house with COVID and can't call a technician to come look at the unit.

I get this error intermittently and it goes away. What do you think might be causing this? Has been doing it for a year now, but I just wait a while and turn it back on and voila....
Bad indoor board bad outdoor board Is not grounded at outdoor unit only for communication wire possible cut in wire Indoor unit located or outdoor unit located where there is a device that emits A RF signal messing with communication Also make sure high voltage wire ran in separate conduit from from communication Wire
As I understand, if you have a working AC and this error occurs after in our case a power surge. Its the outdoors unit that needs to be checked and repaired? Our Indoors unit starts up for 1-2 min and then goes to E101 error mode and stops working Grateful for advice! Thank you
yes check out @Samsunghvac youtube channel for video on option coding and download service manual at samsunghvac downloads Also push k3 on outdoor unit to reset and then push k 1 for pipe checking operation to make sure u address correctly
What powers up the indoor unit on a samsung mini split system? I know daiken the 12/3 wire powers each head from the compressor. Is it the same with samsung?

yes you most definitely have a bad pcb
order the board

Sir don't have 330vdc on the filter capacitor. What's the problem. Also the 15vdc is missing.

Hey I have had indoor units lose there memory on the eeprom you may need to restart equipment and re option code the indoor unit

14 3 wire for L1 L2 and G with the Samsung for power and 16 2 wire for F1 F2 communication .5 - .7 volts dc
How about the indoor sensor? since the PCB board was replaced 4 months ago and the wiring was just fine.
