      Funny you mention that. If you're a fan of The Expanse, you'll notice they've used a SpaceMouse Pro as the yoke for the Roce.

      Sorry about that. I think there was some more but I edited it out. That’s why the inflection of my voice at the end seems weird

    CAD guy here. I use the older space explorer for work and the entry level spacemouse at home. I bought it used for $80. I've used the space mouse in zbrush for long detail phases that are over 20 min or for long manual retopo sessions in Blender. Don't know if substance painter supports it but it would be useful there too. Other than that, its not all that handy for the price. The cheap version might be something artists would be interested in.

      I agree. The points that I mentioned could all be accomplished with the less expensive option that's $150 new.

      @@AlHowell Another nice usage for it is for checking topology errors for 3d prints. Slivers, overlapping geo, etc. are issues I've had when going from zbrush/CAD to 3d printing. Easier (and more fun) to fly around inside a mesh to inspect.

      the one hes got is 400 you can get the smallest one with bluetooth for about 160. just less shortcut keys, pretty good tool for the long run imho.
