Young man! Upload some footage of the knives you’ve been tinkering on! Let’s see those reassembled pieces with the modifications!!! Thanks for this video! Excellent information. Your mother and I are both very proud of you.
Thanks for your answer, I was also unsure how to get it really clean (maybe by extending all the tools) but then again I have to take the brass pivots and aluminium liners in account as you said. thanks for your reply!@@ThorenTravels
Hello. Instead of making the acid, can I just use straight Hydrochloric acid i can buy by the liter from the supermarket as i have seen Ferric chloride no where? Thanks.

Does it matter is the water is distilled or purified or just out of the sink?
Could I hang a complete SAK in the solution and clean it with a ultrasonic or will this go wrong?
It will react differently with the aluminum liners, get in all the pivots, and you won't be able to wipe the residue off between dips.

@@skullndguns No problem! I did see a comment on reddit by someone saying they did a full dip and it turned out ok.
Where do I see you dis-assemble, and re-assemble SAKs? Nice job explaining.
Is using washed blade safe for cutting foods or fruits?

That is also my question!!!! Did you find the answer?
Have you compared a stonewashed to the brasswash ? You really can’t see the crass color in the video.
