@@strongishman7871 I tore my bicep tendon pulling a 230 deadlift @ at a body weight of 70 kg and at a height of 5 ft 3, with a mixed grip. I believe I had a micro tear that I didnt pay attention too, since i was struggling on biceps and just thought i was being weak, I am well known and respected as the little guy who lifts most of the gym. I actually pride myself on the fact I have never taken a ped in my 15 years lifting weights, lbs for lbs I am stronger than most of the sted heads, i know and after 15 years I know a lot including Shane burns who went for Arnold's last year.... it's a fair point most people take peds. but since I have had a 145 kg bench since i was 63 kg and 17 years old, I always figured I dont need them , plus I have a temper and I am fully aware of roid rage and know what I would become if I took them, as they amplify emotions and shrink balls. As a final point my tendon tore halfway through the rep which completed with my distil bicep tendon completely in 2. please dont judge me by whatever weak standard you set for yourself because you will find me a different animal.
