Lamb zoomies are the best! But it's always fun when they get a young mamma involved. It's almost like they are recalling their youth, then they sober up and decide that zoomies are beneath their matronly dignity. Lol
WOW! Not only was I completely surprised by a Sandi video, but I think this is the earliest I've ever seen one! Thanks so much for all of the hard work you put in for us (your viewers) - it is so hard to explain how much joy watching all these lambs brings to my heart!! 💜 😘
Love the way this is worded "a Sandi video" I tend to find myself saying I'm going to watch my Sandi video. Lol it's a noon routine to check for new videos
Thanks for all of the "Thumbs Up"! I rarely comment (more of a lurker 😶) - I was getting ready to turn my tablet off and the notification popped up and I literally said Out Loud "YAY"! I think there were maybe 3 Comments. I genuinely feel so happy and excited when I see there is a new episode. My husband is very humored with All the farming and lambing information that often comes out of my mouth! I'm 60 years old, live in California and the closest I've ever come to livestock is when I took my Grandchildren to a Petting Zoo! It's amazing how many different people can come together for something that's probably foreign to most of us. I've often felt like we should have a "Sandi" Fan Club! 😍 ❣
I hope you realize what a great vlog you produce. With so much information on the daily and reproductive schedules it is a truly unique look at conscientious animal husbandry and farm life. Thank you for sharing this.
That's fantastic news that You and Marc are hosting Nuffield group. Quite an honor and privilege to be chosen for a visit. Hope everything went well. Your farm deserves the recondition and baby's start coming just in time for for them to see you process.... Congratulations 👏👏
Hello Sandi!! Thank you so much for sharing! Just wanted you ladies to know…you are amazing!!!! You are such an inspiration to other young RUclips female farmers like us! We hope to be able to educate like you! You are a natural teacher and care giver! Blessings to you from your friends from Kansas!
Thank you for sharing your life with us and teaching us non farmers what it’s really like to be a grain and sheep farmer with all of the ups and downs. I have told you many times how much you inspire me and have touched both my life and that of my family too as we all watch your videos and posts on Instagram too. My husband is constantly amazed at my new knowledge and enjoyment I get from your videos. The last few weeks have been extremely difficult as my daughter was dealing with extreme pain a trip to the ER , the diagnosis of a cyst that the incompetent doctor didn’t was an emergency situation. To her needing emergency surgery and complications caused by the incompetent doctor that could have killed her and cost her an ovary and Fallopian tube because that non emergency large cyst was the size of a regulation basketball. I think he would think differently if he had something like that on a testicle as it twisted it 3+ times. Your videos have helped distract my mind so not to get angry or worry about my daughter to much. Thankfully she is healing well and her pain is almost gone. I couldn’t help, but think about what you went through with Jessica. It’s hard when it’s your baby who is hurting and facing a huge abdominal surgery and they tell you that they couldn’t risk laparoscopic surgery because the cyst had displaced her organs and was putting to much pressure on her lungs and cardiovascular system for them to keep her properly ventilated and heart pumping properly.
The look of absolute peace and contentment on your face when you are bottle feeding is incredibly heartwarming. It truly does look like you've found a piece of Heaven on Earth.
Thanks Sandi was good to see Billy's Mom. Now it's time for another group to get ready. Hope your visitors have a good time with you and Mark. Like we all do. ❤
Watching your videos has been giving me chances to more easily explain parts of the reproductive cycle to my boys, without them feeling like "oh, man, here goes mom talking about gross stuff..." Today, for example, they wanted to know 'what is the red stuff on that lamb?" and then 'why does that lamb look yellow?' So much easier to explain stuff when they have a reason to want to know, and cute lambs make it easy to get them curious! Also, cute lambs are just what I need to help me feel all fuzzy, especially with everything on the news lately. :(
The phrase "sheep farming" still makes me smile and giggle. When I was a little girl, my dad would tell me stories about sheep farming. I thought, because you plant things to grow on a farm, that somehow the lambs were planted, like a garden. I envisioned little lamb heads popping up in rows and bleating that they were ready to harvest! Lol
TY for your description of your young imagination; it is not so far off of mine. You made me smile. I actually SAW in my mind the little heads POP out of the ground. Words are so powerful.
Use a pair of nuts and a star washer, torque the second nut and first nut together with 6" wrenches onto the washer to make a lock-jam. A lot of people will say to use locktite or skip the star washer but the rams are licking the nuts because the coating tastes like salt and it's lubing and warming them. Other option is stainless nylock, but that's expensive and still lubricatable.
Hello Sandi😃I have watched for awhile now and you guys are the hardest working and I love every minute of it!If I could start my life over I would wish I had a daughter just like you!I do have to wonderful daughters that I simply adore.Thank you for sharing your life with us in you tube land.
I forget when Sandi needs to do lice treatment on the Boys (Rams) again, so I just wanted to remind to get more lice treatment if she needs more for when the time comes. 😊 The Boys sure do love to use the feeding bunks as a scratching post and we all know how good it feels when the right spot gets scratched.
Once again, showing your compassion and affection for the animals, but still letting us know this is a business. Your ability to balance those two divergent concepts is what makes you so special...not to mention your great videography skills! Another great RUclips.
We have had some 40mph gusts in Duluth lately, must have sent them your way. I always love how You always are so kind to even the sheep who are acting stinkers. (I’m talking about sheep in the shoot when needing vaccines, or nail trimming, or cedars) :) always love the lambs when they get the jumping beans in their wool! ❤️ Thanks again For including us in your daily life with these beautiful babies.
You can palpate the udders if you want to get medical. 😅 and just FYI, healthcare workers never say it’s quiet or slow because you’ll get busy right after. Congrats on being a stop on the tour!
Oh, how I wish you had a 24/7 live web cam feed that showed the top view like today's video. I always look forward to seeing your videos because they give me such a calming feeling and now my husband, who has congestive heart failure and other major medical issues, now says..."let's watch that sheep lady". Thank you for bringing such peaceful, enjoyable videos to our family....Probably not so calming for you. Blessings!!!! Annette from KY

I love watching the lambs and sheep, and I’m grateful there are people like Sandi with compassion and also strong, that can do this career. I couldn’t do it. I would end up with keeping all of them and never sell any and end up broke. Sandi, you are amazing. Thank you for what you do.
I just love watching all your videos 🥰 You both work so hard and it shows. I've been going through some really hard times and just seeing your smile and of course the babies and zoomies are always the cherry on top!😍 It's so awesome that you have guests visiting from Australia that just shows how inspiring you are and thank you for all you do and please know that your videos help some of us to keep going and try to stay strong in the hardest of times 🥰

Fun fact! Not all of the lambs that are born black will stay black. We had black face Suffolk (like Lucky i think) at school back in the day and the lambs are born black but grow out white wool and keep the black points 🙂
The amount of time and commitment you put into caring for your animals is commendable. I know it’s a business but you treat these animals like they’re your family pets, which is wonderful. How do you manage to detatch yourself emotionally when it’s time for them to go?

Wow how nice you had visitors from Australia… It be really interesting what they had to say… I hope they brought you wonderful avocados… One of my favorites. You were having the cutest lambs this season I swear I have just seen beautiful lambs and good size and I am so happy for you Sandi😊♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ I hope your numbers are really high on your weights and stuff because they seem to look bigger than some of the ones last season so tiny. I hope I’m right. You also seem to be in good spirits this week and it’s nice to see all those smiles on your face😃
You know, (and I know you’re Canadian, possibly with opposing views as me) it is SO comforting to watch the babies come in , a reminder of the circle of life in nature, and it is comforting. So as a non farmer, thank you for the perspective. I needed it very ,so very much this week.
It so beautiful when your tending to the momma and babies then you lean over touch noses with the momma….it shows the love you have for your ladies.. you have a wonderful bond with them. Any chance we can get a video of willow and Matty?? I can only imagine how big they’ve gotten by now. ❤❤
I love Your videos and I couldn't imagine how hard it is to record them for us all the while your running your farm. I know farming is hard. I got to grow up with my Mom's best friend and her husband's dairy farm. They would let us come out anytime we wanted, plus I got to spend summer vacations with them. I loved farming, it's hard but very rewarding work. Thank you very much for taking time out of your busy life for us.💜💜💜💜
Omg Sandi- international visitors to see your farm! Be proud , well deserved. Good for you.❤️❤️❤️❤️👍

Lambies: "OH Goodie!! When our mommies eat, we get to plaaaaay!"
Something about their little bleets makes me so happy
As soon as you said 'I'm glad they're not lambing right now' I immediately knew there would be a new lamb on the ground. lol
What an honor for your farm to be an example for an international study! Love, love, love the lambs.

22:45 and the smile that they share is the most beautiful moment I've seen between two hard working mommas ❤
The running of the lambs is my favourite part!
They are so cute at this age! I just want to hug and kiss them all! 🤗🥰😘
There is always at least 1 ewe that does NOT play by your calendar. So your guests got a surprise too. So cool.
You know, (and I know you’re Canadian, possibly with opposing views as me) it is SO comforting to watch the babies come in , a reminder of the circle of life in nature, and it is comforting. So as a non farmer, thank you for the perspective. I needed it very ,so very much this week.
Hi Sandy! I had a pretty crappy busy kinda day today. Getting to spend some time with you and lambys made it all better! 🥰🥰 thank you so much!
It so beautiful when your tending to the momma and babies then you lean over touch noses with the momma….it shows the love you have for your ladies.. you have a wonderful bond with them. Any chance we can get a video of willow and Matty?? I can only imagine how big they’ve gotten by now. ❤❤
Made my day. And now I wait, for the next episode 🌸💚🙃
The videos always end too soon💕
You have no idea how much I needed some Sandi time today. My sanity thanks you. 😊
I have to say that If I was constantly praised like Sandi praises her sheep, I would work overtime for her... LOL> Hugs from Esquimalt
Thank you very much for taking time out of your busy life for us.💜💜💜💜
Thank you Sandy & Carissa. 🧡🐑🐏
I’m always in awe of you Sandi. How cool to have visitors request a visit
wow, you all are circus ring masters!
Between the lambs and sandi I don’t know who got more cardio
