The quality of these new shorts have really taken a dive. Wong Fu of yesteryear were so much better... The writing and acting were leaps and bounds better than it is now. I guess the team of old has moved on and new blood has come in. Perhaps I've outgrown this college/post college genre. Good luck Wong Fu.
I'm feeling the same way. I'm glad some people find humor in these episodes, but I'm finding them stupid and unfunny. (A 40-something getting offended and showing his abs because his 20-something attractive date called him old.) Really, Wong Fu? Is this what we have to look forward to?
Yeah but I feel like the content is great, the actors are just not doing them justice. They're just not very impressionable, that I don't even remember the characters names. Main girl's awkwardness seems more like awkward acting rather than an awkward character. Asian girl is just cringey af. The only decent actor is the other main, the dude.
