I love the blue stripes and the cow skin pattern compliments the wood furnitures. I think therw should be windows or louver in the bathroom to exhaust the humidity, i like it as it is😅
seeing this helped me out Alot i was gonna do a 14x40 but now i am leaning toward the 16x40 the structure i want has an octagonal end if that makes sense with the porch outside the octagonal end build is what i want im gonna prob have to have it built on my site but its gonna be a fun worth while project its just myself so 1 bedroom 1 bath basically am single and planning to remain that way

I like this house and the one big open room concept. The only thing I might change is to divide the bathroom in half with one half being a bathroom and the other being a laundry/storage room. I would have a door in between them.

That is where a man's common sense comes into play.. I don't blame your husband for wanting the building higher off the ground. When you have to get under there to work and fix things you'll want all the room you can get. I would have that all enclosed and gravel at the minimum put down.
A lot smaller than what most people are accustomed to. For one person or even a couple it is ample space. For a couple and two of their children it looks like it could get pretty tiny in there I bet.

"Take-out" the Upper Kitchen Cabinet's, put in a Divider for the Bedroom, Get a Stackable Washer/Dryer & Change the Flooring to Deluxe/Vinyl.
