Does tour neuropathy on your feet on the top of your feet? I'm a housekeeper and the tops of my feet feel sprained or broken and ache and feel sometime burning... tyia. I have started keto low carb 1 week ago, some better...
I broke my tail bone when I was 19 on a water slide at Raging Waters which they removed a few years later, probably because of complaints. I've had sciatica ever since. Sometimes my left leg would give out when walking. Eventually, my left leg below my knee & foot became numb & I would have painful electrical shocks in that area from nerve damage. I'm 58 now & after a few months of keto & then more carnivore, off & on, my numbness went away. My back feels much better & I can hike again up & down mountains for 2 to 3 hours several times a week. When I went to a specialist doctor 20 years ago, he said I wouldn't heal & surgery usually doesn't help. Just have to deal with it. I don't go to doctors anymore because every time I have, I get pissed off. One doctor even told me I had bad posture when my back was flairing up so I was hunched over. I wish all doctors were like you, Dr. Berry.
Great info!! In October, 2022, I went numb from neck down and finally doctor found I needed my 4th cervical fusion, and lots of pressure was being put on my spinal cord, and caused a lot of neurological damage!! I had gone carnivore not long before this happened. Nerves have healed a lot, but still have some minor problems!! Also my spinal surgeon said I would need another lumbar fusion after I healed from cervical one. When he saw how great I was doing, and off my walker and cane, and pain was minimal, he released me and saw no reason to do the lumbar fusion!! Thank you for ALL your help!! God bless you!! ❤🤗🙏🙏
I had back injury back in 1998. The following years had total of 4 back surgeries. Injury causing permanent nerve damage at the cauda equina, affecting the ability to have an erection, loss of sensation regarding bladder and bowl functions, and unable to empty my baldder. Loss of muscle mass in my quads and loss of any sensation in my right leg. Now, after never giving up, I returned to work 11 years ago but still deal with permanent losses. I went carnivore, lion diet 168 days ago. Just switched from vegan to carnivore full blown next day. I have lost 45 pounds, wounds I had on my face for years healed completely. This past 2 months I have been getting sensation back in my right leg. I can now empty my bladder and can hold my urine and bowl functions. I also used to get kidney stones several times a year. 5 and a half years meat based keto. I can tell you what has helped me and my fibromyalgia unrelenting nerve pain to almost completely gone. First of it was meat based keto that started the healing. Nerves grow back about 1 millimeter every 4 days, so my doctor said many years ago! Nerves can be irrepairable, but nerves can grow back between dead nerves like tree routes. If you wait until there is research you lose out on healing. Watch the testimonies of all the people who have reversed MS using lion diet. MS is essentially neuropathy of the brain. Protein and animal fat repair nerves. There are no side effects so people try it to find out.🤷♀️
Got it! Day 2 on Carnivore diet, do not really like it. Just too much meat. However, this video fell on my feed tonight. I have chronic nerve pain (A-Typical neuralgie) on the left side of my face/head since December 2015, and it is 24/7). It hurts, a deep burning pain. If their is a chance the carnivore diet may help, I will give it a fair chance, as nothing else has helped up to now. Thanks doc.
Yes, I had a skin biopsy taken from my left hip and ankle April 2018 that showed small fiber nerve damage in my lower leg (I'd had worsening peripheral neuropathy for a couple years at that point). My doctor prescribed hydroxychlorquinine (sp?), an anti-malarial drug with a risk of eye damage for long-term use, but I never got that filled. I went keto, then carnivore and now everything is great. It was after three weeks or so that I felt (for the first time) the spot on my ankle where the skin biopsy was taken (removed a chunk of skin about the size and shape of a pencil eraser). The biopsy site on my hip was already well-healed by this time. My feet (and hands) kept improving in dexterity, and my hands recovered pretty quickly. I kept numb spots on the outside of my feet for a long time. Then I changed my shoes to a neutral insole (Chuck's) and finally that improved. I still have occasional zingers and needles, but they're very short-lasting. I don't exercise much, and I am trim bc carnivore. Hope this helps! ❤
wondering if it will help me from medial epicondylitis and cubital tunnel syndrome? I started to suffer from such after i contracted necrotizing fasciitis and developed sepsis (PSS)
Please clarify if you are speaking to those who have bodies that produce insulin or to those who inject synthetic insulin. The images used suggest that your audience is those who inject synthetic insulin.
Yes - avoid fruits and milk. Dr. Berry doesn’t fully explain it, but autophagy only happens when insulin is very low. Dairy raises insulin without raising blood sugar. And of course, fruits raise blood sugar and insulin. Good luck!
I am 75 years old and I would like to start carnivore but the second day I feel like I am dying. I don't live in the US so electrolyte supplements are not available except for magnesium. Can someone help !
@tygerstripes3752 I feel so weak that just moving around the house is a chore. I must add that I suffer from an autoimmune condition which robs me of my strength and energy. Up until the age of 67 my great joy was taking long walks. Now I force myself to walk and going to the super market is exhausting. I think carnivore can help as well as losing weight. Thank you for your help.
@@tyxikosgatpopoulos4004 There is a RUclips Channel called 'Snake Diet'. He has a recipe for what he calls 'Snake Juice', which is a basic electrolyte water that you can make yourself easily. I have tried fasting, and I got the worst leg cramps of my life -- not an exaggeration. Drinking that 'Snake Juice' made all the difference for me while fasting. Yes, losing weight will help -- you and me both! Take good care, my friend.
Can you get coconut water while you are figuring out how to make your own electrolytes? That will make you feel better quick! You should consider going keto first to be more gradual with your body.
Well, meat is full of B vitamins, BCAA, and grass finished beef from certain sources like REP Provisions has the same fatty acid profile as fish (very high omega 3). Carnivores do underestimate the value of pork - pastured pork has the highest amounts of B1 which can be instrumental in reversing nerve damage. But so is B12 which carnivores get a lot of.

I started at a 5% mixture. Slowly worked it up. At first I applied it frequently as I could. After that I do it at most once per day.
@@jesss7302I've used it externally on sprains and such.
Going to start now. My hands are about completely asleep.
For my lyme, it is necessary to be zero carbs..even small amounts of carbs can damaged me..❤😊
Mine is likely permanent. I'm a very low-carb carnivore and it seems I will never get back to my pre-Ménière's disease self.
I have severe small fiber Polyneuropathy I am going to try this and wait patiently like you said to see if it’s my answer ❤
Thank you❤
Yes, yes!🎉🎉
I would like to see the research on that.
If you wait until there is research you lose out on healing. Watch the testimonies of all the people who have reversed MS using lion diet. MS is essentially neuropathy of the brain.
Protein and animal fat repair nerves. There are no side effects so people try it to find out.🤷♀️
Does this help with foreskin restoration to repair the nerve damage from circumcision injury?
Thanks doc.
Raw Meat! I Love You All!
Ty.
Has anyone had luck with small fiber neuropathy? I did carnivore for 3 months and no change really.
Common wisdom says 1 month of healing for each year of illness. It can be a slow process for some of us. 🫂
Pretty sure he just said it probably would take a year?
@@EzThomas.'many months if not a year or two'.

Wonder if this works for Bell’s palsy
Ok..ty I need the help....
Lions mane may have helped me.

I would like to talk to you about your thoughts if you know anything about a disability called Charcot Marie Tooth.
Cell phone is doing a number on my fingers!!

Please clarify if you are speaking to those who have bodies that produce insulin or to those who inject synthetic insulin. The images used suggest that your audience is those who inject synthetic insulin.
I thought it was from pigs?
Hdl cholesterol (B12, K2) low fasting insulin, high vitamin D, E.... Anything else doctor ?
Broke a toe and tore ligaments 3+ months ago. Nerves pinched. Dogs and grandbabies are not helping as they stomp on it now and then! 😢
What about gut permeability and gut repair?
Lion diet + collagen + gelatin
Define low carb. Under 100g a day or less?
Zero to 10g a day
He said very low carb and as close to zero grams as possible
I reversed numbness from a stroke using a carnivore diet 🤩🤩🤩👍
What would go with steak and with you don't want to cook steak how to make a healthy and flavorful what vegetables are good

La cantidad correcta de carbohidratos es '0'.

Eggs and hard cheese each have some carbs
Eggs are 0.5g each
Cheese is 1g per oz
I hope after 2 or 3 years the neuropathy in my feet reverse
Shorts are so amazing.. Going to do it... Now adding fruits and milk... Going to avoid it... Let me see ❤
Yes - avoid fruits and milk. Dr. Berry doesn’t fully explain it, but autophagy only happens when insulin is very low. Dairy raises insulin without raising blood sugar. And of course, fruits raise blood sugar and insulin.
Good luck!
😎✌️🖖👍👌🤓
my fasting insulin was at an I mean ik now its funny was 69 fast blood sugars. I had my appointment at 12noon and stopped eating at 6pm the day before
Chemo induced peripheral neuropathy here.

My Spinal Cord has PERMANENT NERVE damage. 😢

Nerve damage for sure!
Yet the myelin IS Growing Backkkkkk
I am 75 years old and I would like to start carnivore but the second day I feel like I am dying. I don't live in the US so electrolyte supplements are not available except for magnesium. Can someone help !
What do you mean when you say "I feel like I am dying"? Please be more specific.
Oh, I want to add here, Cole, the Snake Diet guy, curses like a Drill Sergeant! Just follow his links to his website for the Snake Juice recipe.
Can you get coconut water while you are figuring out how to make your own electrolytes? That will make you feel better quick!
You should consider going keto first to be more gradual with your body.
You also need B complex, BCAA, and omega3
Well, meat is full of B vitamins, BCAA, and grass finished beef from certain sources like REP Provisions has the same fatty acid profile as fish (very high omega 3).
Carnivores do underestimate the value of pork - pastured pork has the highest amounts of B1 which can be instrumental in reversing nerve damage. But so is B12 which carnivores get a lot of.
Pastured animals are full of O-3s
The aminos & Bs are covered in meat intake
☹️ many months 😑
