I typically scoff instinctively at any/all digital distortion & fuzz pedal warez, but the ProF.E.T.?! Welp, it's just one of those well done outlier plugins that just genuinely kicks ass IMO. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Also works great to filth up pretty much any type of track. Not just guitar. Good stuff man! Great content also BTW!
Hey Gus - basically when I'm listening to the guitars and such, I'm concerned mostly with finding whistling and/or harsh sounding frequencies. You can do EQ Sweeping to find them and then very slowly take them out to just the point where they aren't heard. You'll want to EQ these in a mix setting as well because you can really go crazy over-EQing!
Not a wink, it's just better practice to use mono. For stuff like drum rooms and overheads, you'd want to use Dual Mono to allow for all manners of panning, etc. :)
Cakewalk hasn't been my main DAW since Gibson closed the doors. (I went to Studio One 3.5.) I've been using Reaper a lot more lately for client/video needs. I'll be making a video about this soon!
Hey there, just a budget Ibanez GIO 7-string with stock pickups into a Behringer Ultra-DI DI Box into a Presonus AudioBox iTwo. Then in the video is exactly how I processed the guitars :)
hey blood, where can I get the NADIR loader by ignite or is that an older version? BTW any presets for. the PRoFET, I cant find any, just curious if it came with them cause my download is black yo
Didn't you try it followed by the TPA-1? Given that it's a power amp and not a preamp. PD: Turn up the oversampling to the highest value on everyone Ignite Amps plugin and the quality will indeed be better, sometimes some of the resonances dissapear.
Hey there! I would say Perfect Drums 1.5 by Naughty Seal Audio or Mjölnir Drums by Solemn Tones. I use Perfect Drums 1.5 all the time for personal and professional mixing. Neither of those drum libraries require Kontakt. I've done video reviews for both. Perfect Drums: ruclips.net/video/JR84MzDBf8w/видео.html Mjolnir Drums: ruclips.net/video/HDW6KogJ75E/видео.html
Oh man, it's been a while since I did this. The drums are definitely The Sparrhawk and cymbals are Phoenix from Robin Leijon. The bass.... let's see, it's probably Colassal Bass II ! Glad you liked it. :D
So I have a newb question...I'm getting an awful hum from this ProFET using the setting you have (and others). How do I get rid of it? Is the Hum normal with this and the Emissary Ignite amps?
Hey, does the hum go away when your fingers touch the strings and when you're playing, or is it always there no matter what you do? Also try facing your guitar away from the computer and cell phones, tv, etc., as the pickups can amplify those signals. If you have a constant hum no matter what you do and can't seem to fix it, it's probably a ground loop issue / electrical situation in your house. If the hum goes away when you touch the strings and it's not there when you're playing, see about facing your guitar away from electronics, etc, and throw a gate on the signal so you don't have to hear it when you're not playing.
Dude with a gameplay in background that’s awesome
Started using this one myself. Really nice plugin considering it's free. Love the Ignite amps plugins.
They are the kings of free guitar VSTs, hands down!
Damn, probably the best free distortion I've heard that doesn't sound VST-ish. And no amp sim in front, I'm pretty impressed actually.
Ignite Amps are amazing , even more amazing that all their stuff is free !
I didn’t know you had a demo of this thing up dude
This track is CHEEKI BREEKI! Here have some kapusti straight out one of my irradiated farms in Pripyat. *gives you Kapusti* !!!!!!

It's IgniteAmps man, they're just masters at creating amazing stuff! lol
Great tone! One question, how do you find the spot the frequencies to cut in your EQs?
Downloading and rocking! Thanks

You're amazing brother. Just one question, if I use stereo tracks instead of mono, does it make any difference?

@@ChernobylAudio666 Got bro! Thank you so much.
Awesome sounds as always. I see you using Reaper more and more. Are you liking it better that Cakewalk?

Awesome video and awesome plugin! I'll definitely check it!
Can you tell me the signal chain of the guitar? Yours sounds super cool! Thanks! :D

Yes, indeed, turn up the oversampling when you're done tracking! I actually forgot to do that myself :-/ Thanks for pointing that out!
What drum software would you recommend that is budget friendly and doesn't require the full version of Kontakt?

Steviesteve75 Damn! Thanks
Ok, but what are the drums and bass? They sound amazing!
