    In today’s video I go over some cards that I think would be nice cards to potentially send in to PSA, SGC, or Beckett for grading. Sometimes you can figure out really easily the type of stuff you should and should not consider sending into these companies to get graded or slabbed, but sometimes there’s stuff that people don’t always think about that could happen to slip through the cracks. Sometimes you have to really check in detail every last spot of the card you want to send in for grading, but it has shown to be some of the best returns you can have once you actually learn how to inspect and to determine when a card is actually worth it to send in and when it isn’t worth it to send a card into get slabbed up.

    I only grade case hit cards, big rookie cards of superstars, rookie or superstar on card signatures or #, colored cards, I also love to grade Bowman 1st rookie cards to hold and sell when they get a call up, I think it’s a waste of money to grade base as the pop report will be very high, an example is Wemby prizm cards especially base, the pop report is so high that his raw cards dropped from $100 to $35. He’s PSA 10’s have dropped from $200+ for a 10 to $150.

      @@KT-qw1ws yep for the most part that would be all that I recommend to grade as well :) actually was just preparing my first submission as you typed that message, gonna make a video on it when it comes back, maybe before also as well, guessing the grades and trying to figure out the grading scales so that in the future I can grade with more and more confidence!

    Isn’t it $20 plus another $20 for the insurance so it’s $40 something each card right?

    • @ruffasportscards
      @ruffasportscards  3 месяца назад +2

      I think it comes out to about 25$ or so including insurance, I haven’t actually done it myself but people usually just estimate with the 23-25 range per card

      Just sent in 31 cards to get graded to PSA, cost 663 on the PSA end (includes insured shipping back to me from them) and another 80 to ship out to PSA with insurance. So about 24 bucks per card

      Yea one thing is to accurately reflect the prices of the cards you plan to submit also because the insurance will cost a lot more if you overestimate
