    5K is a huge accomplishment! I’ve training for a small 10k marathon (at the end of the year) and it’s been so long since I’ve done long distance, so 5K has been my achievable training milestone so far. I also do strength training so I totally get where you’re coming from regarding the recovery process. Have been taking 400mg of Tongkat Ali and it’s done wonders for my recovery and endurance. Other than this, something very common that’s helped is a big black coffee to get me going and pumped up.

      I don't know how yall do it! after 10 mins in I already feel like fainting, i usually walk it off then start again or take long ass breaks, but mad respect to you for attempting a 10k marathon and all the best mate! btw what brands of Tongkat Ali do you recommend? I've read a bit online about it and seems like something I would like to try.

      Also a big fan of coffee before my runs! Love that caffeine hit. Good luck with the 10k! You'll smash it!
