Defense attorney Alan Jackson highlighted investigators' failure to disclose the lifelong personal relationships between some involved. Read is accused of killing her boyfriend, Boston Police Officer John O'Keefe. Her attorney claims she's being framed by a corrupt investigation.

The google search by Jen Macabre of 'hos long to die in the cold' at 2:27am and the two calls made five minutes earlier at 2:22am between two people who previously said they were asleep says it all imo.:( R.I.P John O Keefe. Poor children may they find peace somehow.
Jen mccabe is going to jail with everyone else that framed Karen.
She is guilty and the defense is desperate. She should be locked up.

If a person Googles about how long it takes to die in the freezing cold at 2 am and there is a body on the lawn discovered later, frozen to death, what more does this judge need to hear?

Devils advocate, and we’ll see what’s actually true in the trial, but they’ve said she opened that tab at 2 am but that doesn’t mean the google search was at 2am. We won’t know until the trial but if she googled it when she says Karen told her too, after they found the body, it’s possible at first glance it would look like it was searched at 2am because that was when the tab was opened

@@2TurntKaren I’m not a technology expert so I can’t speak to the validity of the argument. I was just reiterating an alternate theory for why the search would show at 2am. We’ll have to wait and see what the experts testify under oath during the trial
@@Kutefairytale14 trust me- when you type in the search bar of google and then tap “go” or hit the return bar - a lot happens- much more than just having a tab open. And the execution of the search TASK is date and time logged within regardless of having a tab open or 10 tabs.

I still remember Gerald "Tooky" Amirault from the Fell Acres daycare case and how he was left to rot in prison by the AG at the time, Martha Coakley. The case was a farce and Tooky did 15 yrs and Coakley did everything in her power to prevent him from getting paroled.
MA is 100 percent a corrupt state and needs to be evaluated on a high or federal level

Why would Colin Albert’s mother text the lead investigators sister about giving him a “thank you gift when this is all over” 3 days after O’Keefe died? There was no “Turtleboy” at that point. There was no alternate narrative anywhere in the media at that point. If Colin Albert wasn’t there why would his mother ever have a need to “thank” the lead investigator for anything?
Those families had"no fear" of ever being accused of beating all charges. The DAs office got caught in their corruption. Busted!

Something is so wrong with this Judge, she’s annoyed with the attorneys and she’s limiting them to ridiculous times. This case should be dismissed. What is going on here! Investigate the judge!
Because they’ve already said and put everything to the judge via their material filed. Often no need to go through it all again when it’s already there in the written material. It’s supposed to just be a summary and for the judge to ask any questions in regards to it which the judge could do not unless a hearing occurred. Normally I would think an hour would be appropriate rather than 10 minutes but that’s just imo and would depend on how thorough or not thorough their material was (feel certain she mentioned the material was thorough so therefore perhaps 10 minutes was reasonable in the circumstances and she did allow them more time if they needed it).
The judge is connected to the real killer and she was asked to recuse herself and she refused. She said she doesn’t know them, but a relative referred to her as auntie Bev in an interview.

Just the fact of the Google search of how long it takes a body to die in the snow, and the investigation that says without a doubt his body did NOT get hit by a car, and her car dent is NOT from hitting a body proves her innocence! PERIOD!

The judge also has ties to the homeowner and refused to recuse herself. She denied knowing them yet quashed the subpoena for two people in the home at the time of death, one of who called her auntie Bev when talking to a reporter.

They filed a motion with exhibits. A lengthy motion. The judge has read it. She is asking him to keep the arguments within the confines of the letter received. She does not want him to go over all the arguments he already made in the motion he filed. It's duplicitous.

The judge is friendly with the alberts and proctors. Chris albert calls her auntie Bev. She is just as corrupt as the police in this, she should have recused herself, but she lied and said she has no affiliation with anyone involved in the case. She should be disbarred.
She’s uninterested because she don’t want the details in the media because she knows she’s gonna make a bad decision by not throwing the case out.
But not to help the commonwealth. I think it’s because she wants to preside over such a case with big media attention. If she throws it out, she won’t get her 15 minutes of fame.

What’s going on is the defense absolutely roasted the commonwealth, with totally legally sound arguments and high level lawyering, but somehow the court still ruled in favor of Lally and his amateur hour “arguments” that weren’t based in law or fact. An incompetent judge and an even more incompetent and corrupt ADA. So, in summation, a whole lotta corruption in Massachusetts…

Not that my opinion matters, but this is just a prime example as to why I do not trust anyone in a power position... cops, EMS, fire, government workers, teachers, council members etc etc, etc corruption comes with power, not many can resist evil when it is the most fruitful and beneficial, even when morally and ethically wrong. They also werent fully trained First Responders like Brian Albert is, and it wasnt their sister in law that found the body who didnt go into the house to even get a blanket but when Johns body was taken to hospital she let herself in!!
Jen Mcabe clearly tells the 911 operator that she saw John get out of the car, she also clearly tells the dispatcher that John had been out there for an hour .....even though at 02:27am she googled Hos Long to die in Cold .....John wasnt found until 06:04!!
We also hear Jen Mcabe speaking on the phone to her sister who was in the house and her phone log also proves it ....yet both occupants in the house testified that they were asleep!!
Why would Jen Mcabe need to Google how long to die in cold again at 06:32 and 06:34 ......when she had already googled it at 02:37 and knew the answer??
The real culprits were in the house ....unless of course they want us all to believe that Jen Mcabe is now psychic!!

Jackson is an incredible attorney, Karen Read is definitely getting her money’s worth (although I’m still pissed about the Weinstein trial). And Auntie Bev is seemingly trying to sweep this mess under the rug along with the rest of these bad actors. This should have been an easy ruling, on an extremely high standard, but no. The people of Massachusetts are having their taxpayer money wasted on this farce of a trial that has the of potential of taking away an innocent woman’s life and liberty away. Deplorable. 10-15 minutes is ridiculous when an attorney is attempting to meet a very high standard and get a dismissal of a case with such high stakes. Again, I believe the defense got it done, yet here we are in May of 2024 after 9 days of trial, and the government has proven that it was snowing and windy on January 29th…
I strongly agree the indictment needs to be dismissed & the feds need to do a new investigation on what happened to John!!!

My theory is that this victim probably didn’t enter the home but was instead jumped outside and attacked and left. Maybe they assumed he would get up and leave, maybe not. Somone obviously parked their car in a way that hid the body for most of the night. These witnesses lied. Period. Throw out this case

In Ct there is a man 2 case and there is way more evidence with a 150 thousand tethered bond. And the state will end up time served. This case is accidental at best. You overcharged. Stupid wasting people’s money on corrupt cops.
