There is something so comforting about the sound that comes when you are rearranging your palettes and leave in the clicks of transferring everything…it’s just so lovely 💜 these videos always inspire me to get use out of my eyeshadows!
Oooooookkkkkkkaaaaaayyyyyy.........I pulled out all of my blushes and single eyeshadows (I depot nearly everything), emptied all of my palettes and copied this palette and then duped the vibes of the Natasha Denona gold palette and the bronze palette. I have had duping vibes on a list of things to do and kept moving it forward and picked today to sit down at the dining room table for several hours of pleasure. I cleaned, sorted and then built the three mentioned palettes. My husband, even though he is blind got into this project of mine, mainly keeping my wine glass full. It was a fun afternoon of re-imagining all of my singles, and then to have the fun conversation with my husband explaining all of this to him and I give him a gold star, he got it!
I'm neither an eyeshadow person nor a sparkle/glitter person, so I live vicariously through palette-building videos like these 😊 what dreams are made of indeed
This is what I do every week: build a ten pan out of my shadows, which are all depotted. I lay out my ten xtralarge magnetic palettes on my bed and pull a colorstory and swatch and put them in my zpalettes, with squares and rounds and bigger rounds all mixed! It’s the best playtime!
I only started watching you a few days ago but I'm already slogging through your impressive backlog of videos. In many of them, and please take this as a highest compliment, you remind me of my precious grandmother Pat. Thank you for your meandering storytelling and love of beautiful things.
This custom palette is totally giving me ND Zendo vibes!! I really enjoy watching you create these palettes with your singles, and I especially love that this was likely an unintentional dupe the vibes video too.
Hannah and I have the most drastic tastes/utilization in makeup tastes, but I still find myself watching her videos. She has such daring makeup choices, specifically with eyeshadow. I find her inspiring. I am giddy that she LOVES the makeup she has and utilizes it so happily.
...Has... has Hannah just by accident - and very successfully - duped the vibes of the new ND Zendo Palette? 🤔 You've got your hand on the pulse of time with those colour intuitions! 👏🏻👑
I keep thinking how beautiful the orange glitter would be over the blush, similarly to how you want to use it over the orange matte. They look stunning next to each other.
You inspired me to "dupe the vibes" of the Circo Loco palette. I really love when you overhead film and put singles together for inspired looks. It pushes me to keep a palette in rotation where I just move singles in and out of it.
I love watching you play with your singles and see how well loved your shadows are. A curated collection that actually gets used is something I just love to see.
Brass is my all time favourite eyeshadow and I'll be wearing it for my wedding day next year 😊 The six blush and Martian are also well loved my collection 😄
The palette you built actually reminds me a lot of the Juvia's Place Saharan. I used to be obsessed with that palette but I haven't used it in a while. I love how your channel makes me go back to using stuff I haven't used in a while 😊
I would love to then see some videos of the looks you put together with this palette you've made (Like three looks one palette kind of video). that would be a great sort of follow up/continuation video and give people an idea of how to use their own shadows in similar ways!
I would love to depot most of my eyeshadow palettes and create my own, but something about mixing square pans and circle pans makes me so uncomfortable that idk if I could use a palette with mixed pans. But I think the colors you put in this are beautiful!
just quickly wanted to say thank you for your lovely videos. The idea of using what you already have should be so clear, yet often it is not. Inspired by your single-eyeshadow videos I depotted all my eyeshadows from the palettes and now I use shadows I actually never used before. It is like having new eyeshadows all over, yet I always had them :)
Wonderful!!! You are inspiring me to depot and rearrange my growing collection of shadows! :) It's so important to really maximize what we already have and not just keep on buying.
Hannah, with your 2 Colourpop mattes, they probably have hard-pan from swatching them so often. Try taking a paper towel, flip the shadows upside down & twist them side to side w/a light, even pressure. The hard pan should come off & the shadow will perform much better. You may have to repeat once or twice.
One of the things I've noticed is that when I build custom palettes not every one ends up being a winner. Probably 3/4s of them don't get used much, but when I hit on one I love, I can't stop using it.
Loved this video! I’m not sure if you’d enjoy filming this, I think it might be a cool video to hear you talk about all of the single eyeshadows you’ve hit pan on and why they’re so well-used.
Hey Hannah! Thank you for sharing ♥ can you please do a video on a full face of cruelty free makeup? Or your favorite cruelty free cosmetics in general? :))
This title just gave me a hearty laugh. Thank you! Ginger tea and homemade gluten-free cake in hand. ^_^ (currently waiting patiently for Adept to restock their big empty palettes)
*High five HLP..* Sittin in tornado weather here in The Woodlands, TX and thought “what better way to pass the time?” 😬 love singles play so much. It’s inspiring in a whole different way.
Could u let me know where you got the spatula to depot the eyeshadows? I love this color story. I never been able to move my shadows from my Natasha Denona palettes.
I just decluttered Martian and Hop on. They were so nice when I got them, but I find that colourpop shadows, the more matte shadows dry out super fast..
I really appreciate the thoughtfulness of your selection process. I've been quite a champ this year in using my Colour pop singles, but I have them collected in color families, and I think if I rethought how they're collected, maybe that would open me up to inspiration.
There is something so comforting about the sound that comes when you are rearranging your palettes and leave in the clicks of transferring everything…it’s just so lovely 💜 these videos always inspire me to get use out of my eyeshadows!
It’s ASMR :)
I really love hearing you talk about color/color theory and your current makeup influences.
These overhead videos of you playing with your singles are the best!!
Literally my favorite videos on RUclips are Hannah Single Shadow videos

My little heart thrills every time we get HLP overhead content! 💞 I love it when you end up in this dusky, jewelled place.
"This Dusky Jewelled Place" my new hit single LOL!
@@HannahLouisePoston Yesssss. I can hear the synths now!

I recently did this too and it turned out so wonderfully woodsy fairy!
These are some of my FAVORITE videos that you make. I seriously need to dig through my singles and wear powder eyeshadow more often. Very inspiring.

I love this and for some reason it reminds me of the Kathleen Lights x Colourpop Dream St palette!

Natasha been watching her channel is all ;)
I TOTALLY thought that at first too!
condensed, more textured zendo is a plus in my book
I keep thinking how beautiful the orange glitter would be over the blush, similarly to how you want to use it over the orange matte. They look stunning next to each other.
Yes, I thought the same thing. Put the orange glitter over that blush!
Where was that orange colour from? Did I miss it? Colour pop?

Also, this is like a grungy holiday palette
I could watch you do this for hours. I adore your vision of colours and knowledge of your needs and wants, just love that kind of videos!
These are the most relaxing videos. I watch your older ones often! Also the blues and corals of your palette look like the new Natasha Zendo palette.
Love customizing my own little palettes from my single shadows🙌🏻🙌🏻
Ooh Hannah is dropping a new pallet today! we get to watch the creative process and be in the boardroom. Love
Love these videos of yours and live live live seeing your single eyeshadows as often as possible! 😂❤️

I was just about to say :)
Super excited for another video devoted to the creation of a palette with one’s own singles.
Wonderful!!! You are inspiring me to depot and rearrange my growing collection of shadows! :) It's so important to really maximize what we already have and not just keep on buying.
I love this video. Depotting is so visually pleasing and you always give me new ideas for resparking interest in my own collection!
Yay! I love your palette building videos. 💜💚💙
Looking forward to seeing all the eye looks you'll create with this palette! 🤗💗😊💟

Awesome palette, keen to see some looks
Love this series!! Ty for passing on the inspiration to do this myself.
Love listening to your videos, Hannah!
Thanks!!! ❤️
This video is very satisfying :) love how you are playing with the makeup you already own. I’m inspired to do this to my collection!

It almost makes me think of the new Natasha palette!
I'm fairly certain you'll love Aurora and Python. They give a really beautiful glossy look together ❤
Those eyeshadow swatches are gorgeous!
Hey Hannah! Thank you for sharing ♥ can you please do a video on a full face of cruelty free makeup? Or your favorite cruelty free cosmetics in general? :))
now you've inspired me to use Nomad again... I don't have six to mix it with but I'll find something close enough in my stash

What a lovely palette! 🤩 I believe that Juvias Place shade is from the Saharan II palette - I remember you depotting it ages ago! 🙊
I love the palette you've made!
Also green with envy at those juicy adept singles now I know they're being discontinued 😂
Omg best idea ever!
Love these videos ❤️

Girl were you channeling the zendo palette without even realizing it?! #dupingthevibes.
Hello from France I discover you today, I am very interested in your "make up philosophy". Thank you for sharing.

Beautiful color story. Also -- you're welcome to use them if you want to, but I wanna put out there that pressed glitters aren't safe for the eyes!
I’m looking for a grungy green shadow that will look good on brow hazel eyes, fair-to-light skin with pink undertones
I’m just screaming over here... put a grungy green matte in PLEASE!!! 😂 did you ever figure out the name of the Juvia’s place shadow?
I don't know the name, but it's the one in the middle of the Saharan II palette!
@@MaeveHoward thank you!
It nomad she was right
@@noellevalla8122 are you saying the name of the shade is Nomad? Cuz the Nomad palette is a nude palette. There are no shades this color in it!
@@dustythorpe9625 the shade is called nomad the palette is Saharan ll. I meant Hannah was right with the shade name
Did the color pop shades end up getting old?
Well with your collection i would be in heaven!🤣
Any interest in the Zendo palette?
