He's Frank Castle with the perfect life (alive family and instead of execution, he was gifted the powers of Wolverine, Hulk, Domino, adamantium nanites-laced skeleton, & possibly some Warpath just for kicks). And Roxxon gave him a billion dollars. Maybe if Mephisto killed his family, but the lack of tragedy is part of what makes him such a refreshing character.
