I love Singapore airlines ✈ and SIngapore in general, Its defenitely the best airline. I've flown from Perth (Australia) to Singapore and Singapore to San Fransisco. The Flight attendents were soo kind and the service was great, I love the food 🍽and the seats were perfect, Thanks singapore airlines for making your flights the best experience for your customers. I love singapore airlines and will hopefully get to fly with them again. 💖👌❤👍

Can’t believe until now SIA doesn’t have any direct flights to Canada. I mean previously yes but removed it and now Air Canada dominates that route. Singapore - Vancouver
My wife and I have been flying for more than 20 years and I agree that SQ is one of the best airlines today, no contest. The customer service at Changi is to be desired.We had the worse ground staff assistance when we transitted through Changi in February. One of the crew members took down my complaint and said they'd get in touch with me by mail. It's been more than 2 months and not a word from them.

@@singaporeair My wife and I plan to fly to Adl in Jan. This happened to us in Feb this year. She's a stroke patient, the reason why we needed airport assistance this February at Changi. One of the stewards on board took my details and said he'll take the matter up with his superiors and let me know via email of the outcome. It's been more than two months and nothing from them so far. Pretty poor service from the supposed to be best airport in the world.

@@singaporeair Yes. I submitted all my wife's medical reports to the SQ office in CMB and they confirmed wheel chair assistance all the way to Adl. Airport wheel chair assistance was also confirmed all the way to CMB from Adl for our return trip.

I don't think anyone actually takes any notice.The food was 4 out of 10 and NEVER once I was offered a alcohol beverage in any of those flights. I got 2 more flights on that route this year. Its time for SQ to stop treating their passengers like a budget airline.
