How to make Korean Noodle Soup | Janchi Guksu (잔치국수)
Ingredients
(Serving for 3 people)
400g wheat noodle
1/2 of zucchini
1/4 of carrot
2 eggs
700g beef (shank)
2 large green onions
1 onion
10 cloves of garlic
1 tsp. of pepper
2 Tbsp. of tuna fish sauce (or fish sauce)
1 tsp. of salt
2 liters of water

국수 400그램, 호박 1/2, 당근 1/2, 계란 2개
육수재료: 사태 800그램, 대파 2개, 양파 1개, 마늘 10알, 통후추 1작은술, 참치액젓 (액젓), 소금 1 작은술, 물 2리터
How to make Korean Noodle Soup | Janchi Guksu
Step 1: Making meat broth: Pour 2 liters of water into the pot and add the meat, 2 leeks, 10 cloves of garlic, 1 onion, 1 tsp. of whole pepper. When it starts to boil, boil it over medium heat for about an hour
Step 2: Making egg garnish and stir-fry vegetables: Break two eggs and place them in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and stir well. Pour the well-mixed eggs into a frying pan and cook. Reduce the heat low. Thinly slice the zucchini, carrots, and the egg garnish. Stir-fry the sliced zucchini and carrots.
Step 3: Thinly slice the boiled meat. How to make beef sauce: Finely chop two cloves of garlic and two green onions, then add 2 tbsp. of soy sauce, 1 tbsp. of vinegar, 1 tbsp. of honey, 1/2 tsp. of light mustard, a bit of sesame seed, and 1 tbsp. of water.
Step 4: Boil the noodles and place them in a bowl
When the water boils, add the noodles. To cook the noodles deliciously, add half cup
of cold water when the water boils. When the water rises again for the second
time, add another half cup of cold water. When it boils the third time, turn
off the heat and wash it in cold water.
