For all you coffee lovers, I have the perfect recipe for you! This eggless coffee-walnut cake is super soft and fluffy. oh and that kick of coffee and bite from the walnuts- SO good!

INGREDIENTS :
1 + ½ cups (180g) all purpose flour (maida)
1 teaspoon (4g) baking powder
1 cup (285g) yogurt
½ teaspoon (3g) baking soda
¾ cup (150g) castor sugar
½ cup (120mL) vegetable 0il
1 teaspoon (5mL) Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp coffee powder + 2 tbsp hot water
1/4 cup (63g) crushed walnuts

Great recipe. Turned out amazing! Fluffy, soft, moist and tasted heavenly.
I baked it right now, we ate it hot and it was so delicious. My whole family loved it and my cake was finished within 5 mins. Trust me I'm not even exaggerating. And it was so fluffy and airy.
I had tried this today with cheese creame frosting and i must tell you that it was literally awesome. Everything perfect. Everybody loves it in my family. I was trying so that if it comes out good then i will bake it on my mother's bday.

@@BakeWithShivesh hey shivesh, can u please tell me reason behind when I always make coffee make it is perfect from outside but remains under from inside even when I use toothpick to check it. It is clear. It only happens with my coffee cake only not any other cake. I have made red velvet ,chocolate, vanilla cake, they turned out perfect. Thank u. Lots of love to u and ur channel.

This is the best coffee walnut cake I’ve ever had! So moist, so fluffy, and so so perfectly balanced taste wise! Would recommend everyone to try this, along with Shivesh’s homemade cream cheese frosting! It is to die for 😍
