3 years back i made it.. plum cake always my favourite. I remember dad's friend, who belongs to traditional christian family, he used to gift us home made plum cake (rum cake with spices) . In our school we used to make this during annual fete ( which is usually during Christmas, especially last day of Christmas exams). Thanks for refreshing my childhood memories.. especially the souvenirs over the cake.

Nice cake, although this is not how Kerala Christmas cake is made. Rum-soaked (or orange/apple juice for vegetarians) dry fruits are the highlight of this recipe.
