Great video. The place looked a little different when I lived there from 1976-78. It's not possible to have more fun than living in that fraternity house. Glad to see it's in such good hands now.

I was born in Japan and finished a Japanese university, but I wish I would have had a chance to get in such fraternities! There's no fraternities and sorolities in Japan. In most cases, students rent apartments or go to university from their own houses( live with parents). Of course you can use dorms, but that is minority. I think if there are 10 students, 1 of 10 uses a dorm. Anyways, Japanese students have less chances to enjoy their college life than Americans.
@@farahaneesa8892 don't know about the comparative cost. But know for a fact many of these kids are not rich - many have student loans and work while in school. I know, i was one of those.
